DaveCT2003 2553 Posted November 24, 2015 Share Posted November 24, 2015 For your software firewall, it will be the *.exe file (program file). Looking at the manual, I didn't see and port requirements for weather information, but if after creating a new rule for the program file you're still getting the same error, then please temporarily disable your router firewall to see if are able to use the software without getting the error.
