You can only see the screens reflect on the panel when you turn on the dim lights, when they are off those reflections cannot be seen. However the screens give light so it should be there. Now I know (with a little painting knowledge) that the illumination works with textures. Is it an FSX limitation? The textures cannot been triggered by the brightness of the screen?
