Wildhawk 2
Apologies if this has been discussed before, I searched but couldn't find anything...Whenever I push back (either 318/319/320/321), regardless if it is with AES or GSX, the moment the aircraft starts moving, the "Doors" display on the ECAM display show "Slides" at all exits (see attached pic)Am I right in assuming if the words "Slides" show on the display, it means the slides have deployed? If so, that is then obviously not right when it happens with pushback. Please login to display this image.

Deputy Sheriffs The Dude 6537 Posted October 27, 2015 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted October 27, 2015 It means that the slides are armed. The doors have an handle to arm/disarm the slide. It is called doors in park or doors in flight. The flightattendant puts the handle at the latest to "doors in flight", meaning armed, when the aircraft starts to moves. If you open the door now the slide will deploy (not simulated in this sim).
