Problem with kernelbase.dll

First of all: Thank you Aerosoft for this beautifull plane.

But:

In Prepar3d v2.5 i have crashes. There is some problem with kernelbase.dll module. How can i solve it?

It happen only with Twin Otter. No problems with Bronco, F-14 and other aircrafts from other producers.

All hot-fixes are implemented, simconnect reinstalled.

I don't know what else I can do.

In FSX i don't have such problems.

Hi, I fly this pkane in P3D 2.5 under Win 7-64 without problems. So it must be on your side. Rgds Reinhard

As you did not mention your operating system:

• make sure your OS is up to date
• make sure al drvers are up to date
• make sure you have all MS C++ redistributables are installed (2005, 2008, 2010 and upwards) and up to date
• make sure that you install and run everything as Administrator (rightclick on the exe and choose "Run as Administrator")

Also a detailed error message would be helpfull
