    You have to EDIT the texture.xxx [where xxx stands for the respective name of the livery] and remove what is specified in the instructions. Use Notepad to edit the files. Best wishes.

    Virtual Cockpit textures won't affect your frames except when loading them, after that they are static (don't change) such as the textures of the world around you. As Frank pointed out, they will only affect your VAS.

    A complete new install is required.  Be sure to remove the previous version first, reboot, disable your anti-virus and then install the new version as Admin.
