  1. @morethin26 Can you show a screenshot just before you send a command? I've just tried it without issues. Maybe there is some syntax error in the command?
  2. Hi! Working on the issue. Should be solved soon. Will let you know.
  3. I've issued an update to address this issue. Please let me know if it's resolved.
  4. @Stillwater Hello sir. Please clear contents of Documents\Aerosoft\General\A3XX EFB\A330\assets\charts\sub_details.txt file. Simply open it with notepad, delete all text and save. You probably had or tried to use some subscription and there is some garbage data there. PS Error messages can be closed with an X in top left corner of the message. They should not pop up again if everything other is installed corecctly. Kindly, Robert
  5. Hi, it's the same file. Only debug window enabled. Below is this exact file with debug disabled and should still work perfectly. The reason I asked about NDP/Navigraph database was that I start to think it's not EFB related at all. As you can see token gets refreshed successfully and sets timeout for next refresh to 3300000 ms which equals 55 minutes. That is the correct behaviour. Let me know if the files below work? EFB fix.zip
  6. No symlink is not required and not even supported in EFB at this moment. Although using it should not cause any issues. Can you please try this version? It has a debug window that covers part of EFB but you still should be able to load a chart and monitor that window. When issue occurs please do a screenshot of EFB and post it here. EFB fix.zip Also one important question. Nav database settings is separate from EFB chart provider setting in configurator. I understand there is no issue with NavData charts but are you by any chance also changing data provider to NavDataPro? If so can you test this issue with Navigraph database for MCDU (first configurator tab) and NDP charts for EFB (last tab)?
  7. Yeah I feel you. Every change in the code I make I need to wait 60 minutes to test as well until Navigraph servers will expire the token.
  8. @mpo910 can you try below fix? Just overwrite the files in A3XX EFB folder located in Documents/Aerosoft/General folder. 2 files will be overwritten. Let me know if that helps. EFB fix.zip
  9. This sounds exactly like token renew issue. I am currently testing a fix for this.
  10. Thank you Guys for reporting. Navigraph is very problematic in implementation and despite all our effort it still has some issues I'm afraid. Can you please take a note of how long it takes from aircraft loading till the issue arises? It will help me greatly to pinpoint the issue. Thanks!
  11. iOS in AppStore is still 1.0.3. New version is 1.0.4. There's nothing I can do about it. We never planned for subscription to be purchased inside the app and now we have to rework whole server backend to just be able to update the app... Please send big big Fank You to Apple I am doing what I can, as fast as I can...
  12. If you mean the moving map after reaching max zoom this one is still worked on as it was lower priority. And now since I have to add some new features to iOS app it might get pushed down the line a bit. In this new version 1.0.4 I've mainly addressed the iOS users issues (oh irony...) where they could not add a chart to kneeboard or airport to favorites because iOS didn't support long press. Also I've limited min zoom level and added chart rotation. Next steps will be max zoom handling and some new features like sidebar and tabs layout on tablets.
  13. Hello, I have bad news and good news. Good is that NDP Charts mobile app has an update, bad news is that it's currently only available on Android. And here's why: Apple as a company does not respect both the developers and customers, but I might be biased. In the time between initial lunch of NDP charts on iOS and now they've changed a document named App Store Review Guidelines, adding clauses that force us to use in app purchases, even though that's against our policy, license and overall app idea. It was never planned to allow subscription to be obtained from mobile or desktop app due to plenty technical and legal reasons. But here we have to solve it somehow. I am happy to provide files for sideloading if you jailbreaked you iOS device but for an official update on (cr)App Store you'll have to wait unfortunately as I have to add new feature (both app and server side) and test it before sending it into the wild. And then of course 2-3 business days for folks at Cupertino to check and approve of my work... Forgive me if I sound unfavorable towards Apple but they really deserved it in my opinion. This in app purchase thing is nothing else than ignoring any common sense and developers perspective on it. As a dev I need freedom in my app design and in some cases some things just don't work. Happy flying and stay safe in this though times!
  14. This should be way better with current server set up. Please try latest experimental update.
  15. We do care. Can you please post contents of CFD.cfg file located in Documents/Aerosoft/ ?
