  1. updated to v2.0 with projector-style front panel flood lights. Flightsim.toAerosoft/Toliss A346 Light Mod - MSFS Add-on - Flightsim.to✓ For Microsoft Flight Simulator: This add-on enhances the lighting for the Aerosoft and Toliss A340-600, improving both virtual cockpit and external lights. It introduces projector-style front panel
  2. this is great, thanks. you may want to shift the coordinate to center the copilot on the seat: "translation":[-0.53,0.30,35.2],
  3. initially posted at the wrong subforum, here it is again... there are two items that can be implemented to improve the overall visual experience of the a346: 1) get rid of the beacon effect baked into the model. use the plain .fx based beacons so that they do not suffer from LOD culling. also, normal .fx effects allows beacon effects to be easily projected onto the wings. 2) assign potentiometers to the LCD panels and integral lighting brightness knobs so that cockpit ambient lighting can be affected by those light emitters. now, the lighting of the initial release got a lot of negative reviews so i uploaded a lighting mod that addressed most of the issues (except #2 above): Flightsim.toAerosoft/Toliss A346 Light Mod - MSFS Add-on - Flightsim.to✓ For Microsoft Flight Simulator: This add-on modifies the lighting for the Aerosoft and Toliss Airbus A340-600 in Microsoft Flight Simulator. It improves flood, cockpit, and beacon lights as well as aerosoft is free to take what's in the mod to improve the product, as i do not wish to maintain the mod iteration after iteration.

pilot texture with updated helmet. final version.
  7. prop hub is in xxxx_extailboom_left_c.dds. bottom right.
  8. it works fine. mostly wind noise when the door is opened. i like it when the hull creaks when pulling g's and wind noise increases when stomping on the pedals in flight. if you don't like a certain sound effect, you can disable it.
  9. i map the strobe to the fs default key stroke which is then mapped to the button on the throttle quadrant hw. it's rather difficult to hold stick and fumble with the mouse at the same time so being able to map to a hw button is nice. i'd agree that the engine sound level is quite high compared to other a/c. anc headphone option for engine sound would be nice. (<--just lowered the vc engine sound set by 10.5dB using audacity as shown in the avsim topic so i'm good now) i got the a2a 'accu feel' sound applet and it's nice to get hull creaking and wind noise. the problem again, is the engine sound drowns out everything unless i lower the engine volume to ~40% in fs. aoa indexer and 4 blade model would be nice. and training model with lau rockets on the stub wing....
  10. thanks, great textures.
  11. dfw replied to DC8DRIVER's topic in OV10 Bronco
DC8DRIVER, thanks for this great repaint. if you have time, could you fix the prop hub by extending out the black? I can fix it myself but the dds to bmp conversion is too lossy and the light camo becomes speckled. thanks again.
  12. submitted a ticket w/ carenado and they were able to send me the patch. this is one heck of a plane by them.
  13. excellent paint job. thanks. since it's a modern a/c, upgraded with wingtip strobes.
  14. please find the latest version v2.1, this update covers the crew's back and sides with the survival vest texture.
  15. it's not there and there's no way log in and get a patch from them.
  16. I heard carenado just released a small patch to fix the fuel pump issue. We can eventually get this in the patch section after logging in? thanks.
