It will be ready for MSFS2024 launch day.
Until we get our hands on MSFS2024 nobody can make that statement. We are not worried, however.

Never used it, but heard good things.

Can't confirm that.

Will the beacon lights be mapped that they will only illuminate the outer wing? That's not how MSFS works, you simply put a light source with parameters and the sim decides what is lit up. As it works in the real world.
I know there are some aircraft where it does not work like that, but those are not made with 2022 technology.

Is there any reason why you think so? Why not simply assume it has the same engine and will run all existing code? After all, that would make all the sense in the world would it not?

So, after seeing MSFS2024 trailer I`m wondering: What are you guys doing with the AS A330 when MSFS2024 comes/released?
Update it when needed? We are 99% sure the sim will be fully compatible.

Will it be possible to separate the tiller and rudder controls?
Yes, we will support the tiller axis in the sim.

Do you think, someday CPDLC will be implemented?
Yes, for sure. I am just hesitant because it was proven to be pretty damned complex to do and certainly support in P3D. I am still hoping that all online ATC organisations can come together and build one API that will be stable over a long period.

Will there be an option to accelerate time, like in the Fenix and PMDG?
Should work, yes.

Hello, are you planning on adding jettison to the aircraft?
No, it is an optional system, not installed on most aircraft. It is also something that is very very rarely used and thus beyond the scope of this project.

But wear and tear mods are hard to do. It would be really appreciated if there could be a dirty one. I know for a fact people prefer dirty cockpit over brand new ones
Mmm, it would be a bit 'complex' but we might offer access to the cockpit bitmaps to selected parties.

@Mathijs Kok I know you said above that the EFB won’t be able to used externally but will we be able to use aviaworks to use the mcdu remotely like in the CRJ?
That's not up to us. We will provide a list of all the lvars, but the other party will have to make the interface.

Hello, just checking, I do not remember nor was I able to find saying anything about the display font e.g on the upper ecam (sorry if this was already answered).
They seem a little bit to me of at some points: EGT, FF, FOB, N3 (the size of the numbers)
Also some items seem a little bit shifted from where they should be in my opinion.
For reference pictures or more info just ask, didn't want to put them in here if you already knowAs said above the images we still need to tweak a bit in these areas. The fonts are always a bit problematic as we need to balance between realism, copyrights and readability on an HD screen.

I would really love to see AS to give us the possibility to transfer the EFB on an external tablet. I can understand, that all the xbox / cloud users wouldn't be able to take any advantage out of it and it would clearly only be for the PC users, however, I would even be willing to buy this as an additional addon for this plane. Hopefully my prayers are listened to and AS considers this (even tough the chances are very slim - I know).
Having seen the pictures above, I think I have to prepare a strategy do to build up some funds, so that I can afford both, the CEO and NEO version
Yes, the difference might be not too big, but I still try to only use liveries and planes as the specific airline does in real life.
Sorry, we really feel the EFB is very useable as it is, and it is just as it is in the real cockpit.
There are way more differences between the ceo neo then most people realize; almost every part of the fuselage and wings are different. But we do not do this for money. Aerosoft is the biggest company for FS DLC, and we can handle these kinds of investments. As I said the reasons to select a new project are very diverse, we do not only work for flight simmers, but also for professional customers, movies, TV, advertisement agencies etc etc. But as said, let's not discuss this as these discussions make little sense.

@Mathijs Kok I am not sure if this is intended, but I can access xxx (copied the link from your earlier screenshot)
I have read through it and I'm really impressed at how easy you have made it for someone to learn all the systems and where each control is located in the cockpit.
In the case that this was not meant to be public, I feel very lucky to have had a chance to get an early preview of the interactive manual You might want to make it a private page, however.
oops, no problem, but not intended.

Are there plans to still add some weathering to the cockpit / general wear and tear at all @Mathijs Kok?
We have always tended to go for a more 'new' look.

@Mathijs Kok Hello, really excited about this! Do the Sun visors have multiple 'positions' or are they full up and full down only? Cheers!

Or, to simulate the newer version, make the top and bottom round. Because currently it's a mix of the old and new. Other than that, really looking forward to it
Good catch, will have it looked at.

Looking good Mathijs!!!
do you have to have to open your internet program for the flightmanual?
Yes, it is on one of our servers. We decided on that so it will be easy to use on a tablet (even phone), laptop etc. It is also the best way to share a manual for use with Xbox/MSFS Cloud, where the manual can't be delivered with the product.

Hello, the weather radar will be available the day of the release with the field radar.
thank you for your answerI am not sure what your comment tries to say, but until we have a better functioning weather radar, we take the same point of view of virtually every developer of more complex aircraft and not use the version MSFS allows us to use.

We tested the link, and it seems to work fine for us and for the 12 people who downloaded that file today. It also works for me without any problem. We will, however ask our IT staff to check out if there could be anything wrong with that link.
Now you have MSFS and clearly downloaded a file for FSX, and that could be the reason for the problem, right? Can you try the MSFS version: http://freeware.aerosoft.com/forum/downloads/AS_HONEYCOMB_MSFS.zip
Can I kindly ask you to change the tone of your posts? What you wrote is not acceptable.
