  1. Hi Stephan,

    have you tried to contact simmarket, maybe they can give you an alternate download. Or maybe Aerosoft can do this.

    On the other hand it could also be a hardware problem (RAM). I had this last year on my PC, starting with only a few CRC errors, then rapidly growing. At the end it took me 2 weeks to find out that one of my RAM banks were broken. :rolleyes:

    Hi Otto, yes I did and they just replied i have to contact Aerosoft for this issue but it seems to me that its either the packing of the installer or the zip/rar file they use, is there any possible link I can use to download the installer again?

    Hardware I doubt, just upgraded my video cards : 2x HD5970, a new OCZ Revo 2 SSD 240 GB and 12 GB GSkill under the bonnet ;-) speed pure on my OS. thanks for the reply though

  2. So you didn't read, did you ?

    It has been said thousend times, that all products prior to the introduction of the Aerosoft Launcher appear in the category "Unknown" and therefore their status is undefined.

    So I don't understand what your problem is.

    no, i found it strange that one application was listed as a screnery the other did not, therefore, i thought the others must be listed there too. cheers

  3. There is no problem, its just that the products you see dont have a category as they dont use the new launcher system as yet.

    I can see them in the unknown category that's right but they don't show activated although i did register them with the serial and email during the install.

    Only the Barcelona X scenery did install in the right category and i could activate it in there as well... any thoughts? thanks

  4. I cant activate 3 of the 4 aerosoft products. im running win7 64 bit SP1 with latest update 1.0.0.5.

    it shows internet connection is okay but I get the following error by 'exttras' then 'updating the product information': unable to connect to remote server
