  2. Monaco : I think this livery fit the bill..to a T ''Its nice to fly with friends'' Ahhh m'aan, i love southern Europe Carefull now.. And last, but not least Innsbruck
  3. Here are my screen shots from phase 5, with the theme ''approaches'' Discovered a fule problem Enroute Luckily there was enough fuel to around Managed to get a shot of the stunning corfu X The lovly Island of Corfu
  4. As we're flying taildraggers, theres gona be alot of cessna's doing weelies everywhere. Ugh, and i'll have to install it again.
  5. Welcome to Innsbruck Theres a double wiskey at the bar, when you have recovered
  6. - wow! After useing Bojotes tool, im back! :D After 5 touch 'n' goes, i landed, taxied back to the active runway and took off again, landed, taxied around.....i havnt had 1 OOM. Take-off/approach/landing and taxiing is now smooth and stutter free with settings high enough to see the taxiways/lighting/parking spots/buildings...its like a new scenery all over again Thanks for the tip Andras - and appoligies for suggesting there could have been something wrong with the scenery.. .. problem solved. (Its was down to the LOD radias tweek (5.5)(done 2 years ago) whitch i foggot about...)
  7. Your explaination is a little bleak..what are you doing as you leave the runway? Are you pressing the right keys to open the window to call the follow me car?
  8. Hi Andras The only config tweak is WideVeiwAspect=True. I dont get a g3d.dll error, just what you see in the above pic. I done some testing (3 1/2 hours...crash, reload, crash,reload.. ) and the only thing i can pinpiont my performance loss to is the amount a autogen tree's in the area.(they also look non-defualt tree's) I shall try with Highmemfix=1
  9. Well, the problem isnt frames so much, its on approach. Im on approach, all going well and wothout warning( no slowing down...nothing) i got a OOM. I recall you had the exact same problem Ole?
  10. Hi Andras Thank you for update (nice terminal too Ian ) Unfortunatly i do have some constructive criticism. There seems to be an underlying problem with performance, whitch for me has been a problem since V1.00.Approaching the scenery from the East or West, 10 miles out, and i have OOM error..Every time. Im flying the E-jets 175, its not a default aircraft, so it does take a little more resources to run...but i dont have this problem flying in and out of mega airports. So to me that over-rules the 175 being to much a of a resource hog. ( example : average FPS @ andras field is 18, Heathrow, average 30, and the airport size diffrence is massive!) I still have the problem if i set scenery density to normal(water set to 0)..whitch give me no taxiway lines/night lights or parking spaces visible. Would it be possible to investigate whether there is a memory leak...or somthing going on....that shouldn't be? Something just doesnt seem right, and we keep adding scenery to the area that is just making the problem worse.Something in this scenery is sapping my system of its virtual memory. After 3 attemps i managed to get down, but rolling off the runway onto the taxi way and bam..

Ok...Well thats it..the shows over folks Its been a blast thats for sure! This is the second time round for me, as i did a RTW tour by myself in the past.It got incredibly boring and i ended up quiting after flying from the UK to New Zealand. My wall map from before: A piece of cotton joins the pins up to show the route. But, as there was a challenging element to this RTWC, it made alot more entertaining! Especially with Some of the legs in phase 5 was a drag, but hey, the worlds a big place, so that was inevitible. Also, flying with FSFS made the whole experience a totally diffrent one from before, in a positive way of course, with the extra challenge of trying to achive a decent score. On top of that, there was the chance to win prizes, whitch i did. So i'd like to thank FS flying School, for thier genurosity in giving us all a free full version copy of thier software. Also a big thank you to Aerosoft,FSAdoon and Uilver team for thier generosity in sponsering the RTWC, and offering the prizes to us. The stat of my logbook are as follows : Total ditance flown : 25,651 miles Longest Leg flown : 845 miles ( 06C - KASE ) Longest Block time : 3.30 ( whether thats 3 H 30 mins im not sure) Total flying time : 111.23 Day : 83.28 Night : 27.91 And finally..i think this goes without saying, but a MAH-HOOSIVE thanks must go out to Matt Smith, for getting ball rolling to start with, and Ole Andreasen, for assisting in any issues we all had, arranging the prizes and all the hard work involved with judging pics ect, and also for taking over when Matt was unable. work Ole, thanks. So, all there is left to do is get back to Andras Field from innsbruck.Looking forward to that, online.(i have the image of 6 DC-3's on final with theme tune ''coming in on a wing and a prayer'') LOL

  13. Thanks for the comments chaps Andreas - thanks for tip,if i come across this again i shall do that.
  14. O.M.G ! How did you use LNAV / VNAV below 5000 without a penalty?
  15. OK, Leg 15...it feels good to be back in my ''play space'', Europe, with its nice mountains, and many addons i have for this area, this is where i do most of my simmin'.This leg was only a short hope over the water, but i think we will all struggle with this one, as the real airport had something like 4 runways, and FSX shows just 1..and the ILS is all over the place, localizer is waaay off.
