I just checked the file, no issues unpacking them on my side.
Try using WinRAR to unpack the files.

 

Due to the modified interior you have to install my liveries it the old fashioned way.
It's not possible to install them using the Twin Otter Extended Livery Manager!
Just follow the instructions in the Install.txt
