Just your average aviating geek.  Been sim-flying since MSFS 3.0, got my private license with an instrument rating in the 90s, but stopped flying because the expense was eating me out of house and home, and I was mostly using my b1rd to collect dust in the hanger.  Unfortunately, I've since become disabled, so my days of real world flying may be behind me.  But, that could change, who knows...

Got bit by the sim-bug again with the release of FS2020, and I'm in it full bore.  Running a 10600K, OCed to all-core 5GHz with a -1 AVX offset, and a 2070 Super with a +175/+1000 OC.  Pretty happy with my performance overall, but for some reason the area around Seattle gives my system fits.  I get better framerates tooling through Manhattan at way lower than legal altitudes.  Am anxiously awaiting delivery of my HP Reverb G2s, and the release of VR for FS, both of which should happen at about the same moment.  I'm hoping that the 2070S will be able to drive those beasts adequately, and am a little worried, but I think they'll be fine, especially after they release DX12 support.

Just got a t.1600 stick to replace my 8 year old Cyborg-X that I had sitting in a box in the garage, and am hoping to get a Honeycomb Bravo TQS if and when anybody ever gets them in stock.  But setting up a good controller combo is extra challenging because I'm mostly bed bound.
