  1. Andreas, thanks so much for replying. I don't know what happened but when I went into 'Regedit' and searched for that file it was there in the registry!!! In my previous search it did not come up for some reason. I deleted the file and was able to install the product. Thanks again and the file path is now in the forum again for other users if the issue comes up. Thanks Marc.
  2. Hi all, I downloaded the update for Mega Airport OSLO today and tried to install without uninstalling the previous version. I then cancelled the install, uninstalled the previous version and now I can't install the new version because I get the attached error message below "Already installed". I did a full search of the forum and found a couple of threads with a confirmed solution here: http://www.forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?showtopic=16315 however it has been deleted for some reason. Therefore I need your help to understand why I can't install the product. I have cleaned the registry and all OSLO related files on my system so I am at a loss as to why it is not working. Can someone please advise how I can fix this? Like I said above it is an issue that has come up previously on the forum but the threads that helped fix it are deleted for some reason. Thanks Marc.
  3. The file size should not be an issue with my system. I have had no trouble with any of my other add ons installations so I’m perplexed as to why this is not working. I have anti-virus and firewall turned off and am installing as administrator. I also uninstalled and re-installed everything and that did not work. should I put in support ticket?
  4. Hi, Just installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 and re-installed P3D from scratch. As soon as you think all will be good in the world lol, now the Aerosoft A330 I purchased can't be updated for some reason after installing. The download takes forever to get to one point and then crashes with the message shown below. Aerosoft team, any ideas as to why this is happening? Thanks Marc.
  5. Hi, I am at a loss as to what is happening here. I did a total re-install of P3D recently and have attempted to re-install the A330 into P3D however I get the following error message which after clicking close crashes P3D. The message says I have duplicate files (see screen shot). I have done a search for duplicate files but cant find any. I have taken the Dragon Air folder out of the main A330 simobjects/aircraft folder and get the same message. I have also followed the suggested uninstall and re-install procedures PDF on this site to make sure I have uninstalled the previous version correctly. Has anyone got any suggestions as to what this error might be? is is possibly a double up in a .cfg file from the previous installation I had that was not deleted correctly? Thanks Marc.
