  1. My guess is that it disconnects because of turbulence. If you're using a weather addon make sure you don't have too high turbulence settings.
  2. There seems to be a bug with the ILS frequency in the scenery. The real life frequency which is shown in the NGXu cockpit is 111.75 while the scenery uses 110.30. That's why you don't get any indication if you tune the real life frequency. The FMC in the NGXu will show you the frequency that's in the AIRAC, which corresponds to the real life frequency. However since the airport addon uses a different one you do not get ILS indications like this. The scenery developers have been informed about this issue and will look into an update. In the meantime, if you have a tool like Airport Design Editor you could update the frequency yourself until an official update is provided.
  3. You'd have to reconstruct the mechanics of the ADI since they are not going to work with a stationary instrument and I doubt you want to move the position of your instrument constantly to make it show different indications. For sure something that's possible but it would demand a LOT of work. It might just be easier to buy something that's already available in the flight simulation market that is specifically designed for use in MSFS/P3D and not for use in a moving environment like an aircraft.
  4. Are the taxiwaynames and routings updated to match the current airport layout in the P3D version after this release as well?
  5. Correct, he'll look at it. However looking at it doen't mean that it's immediately fixable. Mabye a sim update is required first. Thus "it will be looked at" still stands.
  6. You can not insert arcs manually. Only by workarounds such as using PBD waypoints.
  7. Hallo Carsten, Support wird derzeit nur auf Englisch geleistet, ich empfehle im englischen Forum zu posten oder ein Supportticket zu öffnen (das geht dann auch auf Deutsch). Frohe Ostern!
  8. You ask your base captain for an iPad or similar EFB device, ask your engineer to install a mounting and a USB charger in the plane and then install it. Or you tell us which addon aircraft you are asking about and we will be able to tell you how to do it in the sim.
  9. The wings and engines are not the only parts that can ice up, the fuselage and tailplane can ice up as well, despite all wing and engine anti ice being turned on. The visual only setting is currently bugged, it still increases your weight.
  10. Kein Grund sich angegriffen zu fühlen Micha, niemand hat behauptet Du hättest etwas falsches gesagt. Ich habe nur nochmal alles zusammengefasst und mit einigen Informationen ergänzt.
  11. Sounds like you might pick up some ice. I believe this is the way how MSFS simulates the effects of icing.
  13. If you have problems setting up your thrust levers please read the CRJ Throttle Calibration Manual. It's included in the documentation of the aircraft, for your convenience I will attach it here as well. CRJ Throttle Calibration Manual.pdf
  14. If you like to discuss more than one issue, make more than one post (in the correct section). If you send a list of issues we are not able to make sure if all is replied to. So one topic per post please.

  16. And the generators were also online? What did the ELEC AC page show?
  17. I always try to match my real life yoke movement with my VC yoke movement, that usually gives me very good dynamics.
  18. It probably doesn't meet the conditions of participation, but still feels like home!
  19. There's indeeed something big that just came out... the Working Title CJ4 now supports Navigraph Charts! Go and get it, you don't want to miss out! Ohhhhh yes, and then there's that new subscription website. Time to forget about it again.
  20. It's not that easy. There are usually no fixed V1, Vr and V2 speeds, there is always a range of speeds from which to select. If you choose a lower V1 you can also choose a lower Vr since, amonst other limits, Vr can be limited by V1. Now a lower V1 will mean that if an engine fails exactly at V1 (keep in mind we always calculate with the worst case scenario) your aircraft has less lift than if you had a higher V1. Thus it will adchieve a worse angle in the climbout. If you choose a very low V1 but very high V2 your single engine performance will be very limiting, therefore selecting a lower V2 may increase your climb limited weights. The whole topic is really a lot more complex, if you're interested into it run a google search and you'll find a LOT of topics about it. In short: There is no simple answer to your statement/question. Every operator descides on their favorite policy and that is what they make their tables up for.
  21. If you buy directly from Aerosoft you'll be first in line to get updates as other vendors often take a short while until they have them available (see a certain other release from last friday).
  22. Once they are released - yes. I wouldn't expect them before monday for the reasons mentioned already.
