  1. https://stormbirds.blog/2025/02/09/the-aerosoft-crj-is-finally-getting-an-update/
  2. According to what I’ve heard (it’s just rumors), Aerosoft is not interested in continuing to develop more aircraft. They want to limit themselves, in the area of flight simulation, to airports and selling aircraft from other developers. In fact, of their 3 crown jewels, one was sold to Microsoft, the other is waiting for the update, and the last one, well, you all know what happened. Aerosoft wants to release the CRJ update with one thing in mind: to close the CRJ cycle.
  3. Hi there, ...Let the time tell... Postscript: I used ChatGPT to create this phrase, as it was suggested to me. Thank you in advance
  4. maybe... I will try... Someday...
  5. it is such a serious situation, that the update of the CRJ for the MSFS that has been offered so many times by the developer and some people linked (currently or not) to Aerosoft has not been published ... and now, those who wanted to see the CRJ fly in MSFS24 cannot, because the plane doesn't fly, as they have commented.
  6. As a surprise gift?
  7. I was going to ask how the CRJ flies in the Fs24 without the promised "updates", but in another Post I could see some details.... .. Bad omen for the CRJ
  8. ... and according to comments in one of the forums in MSFS (ATR), some people are "busy" with the PC-6 and the DHC-6 to ensure that can fly soon in MSFS2024 ... no information about the ATR, and much less about the Updated CRJ
  9. and now, some developers (A2A, Parallel 42, as an example) have pointed out that aircraft (at least those that can be considered as "studio level") will need "adaptations" for the MSFS 2024. That is, that Hartman must publish the update that he has repeated several times that will be in the MSFS ... ... and he will also have to make a second one, to adapt the "remasterized" CRJ to the MSFS2024...
  10. yep ... a year ago, ladies and gentlemen (not counting the time backwards) ... ... And in technology (and in aerial simulation as well) a year is an eternity from every point of view...
  11. ... Thursday of next week marks one year since Hartmann wrote the "recommended post" that appears in at the top of this "conversation" ... ... In the meantime, as I've read, many are very busy trying to get a quick update of their A300 ...
  12. ... and as I have been reading in the relevant forum, the update of the ATR (by those who fly it) apparently has not liked either ... very dark looks any "remastering" of the CRJ ...
  13. For me the problem is time. In the end it's all about money. Perhaps we like the CRJ very much, but every day there are fewer of us, and that has an economic implication and therefore, in the interest in its development and possible updates. They are NOT conclusive evidence, but they are indications: -In the post created by Baracus250, in the MSFS Forum entitled "Your Current TOP 10 Aircraft", we can review and see that the CRJ appears for September 2024 in 56th place (It had previously been in 12th place in that same survey in 2022, and in 14th place, in 2023). - In the "Flightsim Community Survey 2023" by Navigraph (Point 3.7.5, page 62) the CRJ does not appear in the top 15 chosen by the respondents. It is true that no company is going to invest time and money in an aircraft that has lost interest in the community, largely and paradoxically, due to the delay in making updates in acceptable times. I hope I'm wrong and that new Update (as many of those responsible for the CRJ say and reiterate that it will come will), not only improve the CRJ in all its aspects, but also to attract the pilots again, including, of course, those from X box.
  14. I have them too. But the problem is time. As it goes by, new add-ons and new improvements to the sim are emerging (In fact, before the "long-awaited update" the date of the new sim was announced). In the end, something very similar happened with George R. R. Martin's books: they were all magnificent and many of us were waiting for the last one. He is supposed to still be writing the last one, but many have already lost interest in the book and new readers don't even bother to read them. The same can happen with the CRJ: It becomes an aircraft that few will fly (because there are more modern and improved aircrafts), which will mean that it will not generate interest and therefore, no money, so in the end it will be formally abandoned as many have already mentioned.
  15. that is, should we then wait for a second update to the "one that is to come"?
