  1. Hello, Here are the Hardware Tool results. Thank you. Regards, Jaime Hardware Tool Results.TXT
  2. Hello, Ok I ran the tool you sent, and attached the results below. Thank you. Regards, Jaime Hardware Tool Results.TXT
  3. Hello, I tried to run the tool you sent me, but it took me to your main page and gave the following error: "This attachment is not available. It may have been removed or the person who shared it may not have permission to share it to this location." Also, I'm not sure how to get a fresh P3D cfg file since the sim is already installed on my computer. But I've attached a copy of the cfg file for your review. I haven't changed it, but maybe you can find something that's wrong with it. As for my hardware, here it is: Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 3950X Processor (16x 3.5GHZ/64MB L3 Cache) Memory: 128 GB [32 GB x4] DDR4-3200 Memory Module - G.SKILL Trident Z (RGB LED) Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080TI SUPER -118GB GDDR6 - GIGABYTE GAMING OC (VR-Ready) Regards, Jaime Prepar3D.cfg
  4. Hi Herman, In reference to your response, can you please forward the event logs I sent you to Otto. Thanks. Regards, Jaime
  5. Hello Herman, The Windows Event logs are provided below. I wasn't sure if you needed the General Tab or Details Tab, so I've provided both. Thank you. Regards, Jaime Event General Tab.pdf Event Details Tab.pdf
  6. Hi Herman, Thanks for moving my post to the correct place. I did not see any forum for version 5 of P3D. My P3D hotfix level is Hotfix 2 (5.0.31.35253). My latest Aerosoft Airbus A318 /A319 download date is July 1, 2020. Regards, Jaime
  7. When I load either my A318 or A319 in P3D v5, the sim automatically crashes after a few seconds. All other aircraft work perfectly. This may, or may not be linked to my other current post about how I can't use full screen mode with my Aerosoft A318- A319. Please help. Thank you. Regards, Jaime
  8. Hello, Whenever I go into full screen mode with my Aerosoft A318 - A319 in P3D v5, the sim crashes and sends me back to my desktop. The sim works perfectly well in full screen mode with all other aircraft. I am using three monitors, but again, the sims works perfectly with all other aircraft. Also, my problem IS NOT with the cfg file line regarding ?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>. I have already fixed that. Can anyone help me? Regards, Jaime
  9. Hello Fellow Simmers, Does anyone know where to find liveries for the A318 and/or A319 for P3D v5? Regards, Jaime
  10. Hello Mathjis, Forgive me if you already read this, but I mistakenly replied via "Quote" instead of "Reply to this Topic". Yes, the conditions you mentioned are correct. Engines off, brake set. Below is a screenshot of the only available menu's that I'm getting. Click for full image. Thank you. Regards, Jaime

  12. Hello, I'm having trouble running the Aerosoft Updater. I keep getting the error screen below. I did fix the cfg file as per Mathijs Kok's instruction to make sure that it says ?xml, and not d>>z<?xml. So I am now at least now able to successfully run the A318 - A319 in P3D v5. However, I am not getting all of the menu's in the MCDU. For example, I do not see the checklist menu's, or the Close Doors menu, etc... Can you help me? Regards, Jaime
  13. Hello Mathijs, I tried the fix above regarding the AS Updater. But P3D Version 5 is still crashing as soon as I load either the Aerosoft A-318 or A-319. My System Spec are: Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 3950X Processor (16x 3.5GHZ/64MB L3 Cache) Memory: 128 GB [32 GB x4] DDR4-3200 Memory Module - G.SKILL Trident Z (RGB LED) Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 TI - 11GB GDDR6 - GIGABYTE GAMING OC (VR-Ready) Can you help me? Regards, Jaime
