Hi wdiekmann and Mathijis,
I would like to request, if possible, that Aerosoft give Andras Field a server. I can see this game being very popular if it was easy to access online. Game Spy has gone and nothing else really worked for anybody.
Look, the way I see it is this. Not all of us are experts in online flying (aviation) and some of us I'm sure would just like to be able to log in, see who else is online, have a yarn and just enjoy flying around Andras Field. As for get together's for the more experienced flyers, I've enjoyed following them and listening to their stories but I've never been able to join because of unreliable server. (couldn't understand how to set this up and I'm sure others couldn't either) .
So Aerosoft, please consider us at Andras Field.

Hi Guys, I'm trying to find time to get Matt's tutorial into place before Sunday your time. I think I'll be able to put it into place by then but being a newby, unfortunately, I don't think I'll be able to do all the flight plans and also work out the time differences to West Australia in Andras Field.
I'd love to at least sit on the tarmac when you guys arrive.

Hi Fellow Aviators,
I'm wanting some advice on an aircraft carrier. What I'm after is one that comes with jets, personnel, cable etc. As realistic as possible. Would this be a game on it's own or could it be added to FSX ? Has anyone purchased such a product and if so, could you please share your thoughts. I would like to purchase this through Aerosoft Online Store.
I've been browsing but haven't found one as yet.

So that's a bit of a downer then PatrickZ but I'm still sure that Aerosoft will come to the party and blow the rest of them out of the water !

Mathijis, sit back and just think of the possibilities...... Microsoft has stuffed up and it's as simple as that. Don't dwell on P3D, XBox and all the rest of the crap. Think about it this way, there's no other flight sim in the making whatsoever. So, why not stick your neck out ? Approach some of the staff that Microsoft have given the sack and take them onboard.
Aerosoft as a company can surely handle an overdraft of 3-4 million. Just think of the sales !!!!
Of course it's going to take a year plus but there's nothing else in the wings.Have a board meeting and talk about it and aerosoft will never look back.

WOW guys, this all sounds so exciting !
I'm still working through the tutorial and I'm getting there. Now all I need to learn is all these abbreviations. 
I hope a lot more members also join Andras Field and if this old fart can do it, anyone can.

Thanks Matt. I've had a look at it and I'm definitely going to need some help with this one so will call on my mate to come over one day and sort it for me. I know I have Windows XP and 32 bits (or whatever you call it) lol. I've checked out youtube on how to install and is this the one please ?

Ian Pearse, yes, I have a gamespy account and fly online all the time. I've gone to freeflight but can't find Andras Field anywhere ? I then tried to connect directly with 85.114.130.22 but couldn't connect.
Did I read somewhere that I need to download Teamspeak3 ?
Any advice guys ?
