Thankfully there is an abundance of airport and other scenery available for P3Dv4.... my hard drives are full of scenery!

Now don't kill the messenger.... but I believe that P3Dv4 will likely be all but dead within the flight sim community in about one year due to Microsoft releasing the upcoming sim.  As such, most larger developers have all but stopped development for P3Dv4.  I would not be surprised, I would be absolutely SHOCKED (with flames coming off it) if Lockheed Martin didn't move from P3D to a commercial version of the upcoming MS sim.  But until that happens, flight simmers like me will still be using P3Dv4 and still buying addons for it because we love to fly!

This has happened many times over the 40 years the flight sim world has existed, and it will happen again as well.

    Man!
I hate this flight sim world!!! There is nothing but competition, competition, competition, competition. First it was FS2004, FSX, then it became FSX: SE, then came P3D v2 then came X-plane, then came P3D v3 then came X-Plane 10, then came X-plane 11 Then came P3D v4, and now you are over for something it's just throwing out the window like X-Plane 10 and 11. There is a reason I stick to P3D and that is because I think there is nothing more better than P3D.

But then I have to address some others who would be fighting the new Microsoft Fligth Sim.

  2. Hi every one and Aerosoft.

Now I'm really annoyed that I can't use Bali X for P3D v4. But it also makes good sense that when I go to the Bali X purchase page that it says this is for FSX, FSX: SE, P3D v3.

But honestly, I think it's bad that this doesn't turn into P3D v4. I like to pay $ 199.99 extra to get some airports made compatible with the P3D v4.

It's really sad that you lost so many good airports when you switched to P3D v4. I know it's not Aerosoft that makes P3D v4 but I honestly think something needs to happen inside this.

I'm not blaming aerosoft for anything, but I'd say I want some airports to be updated to P3D v4. Aerosoft are not the ones who got this message I intend to take it to Flytampa and Taxi2Gate.

But I would also say that P3D could make it easier for you aircraft and airport programmer.

  3. Hi,
I have a question about how I can make my own liveries for the A330. What drawing program does it require, I have pain.net but I can't open the paint kit files in pain.net! I know that Adobe Photoshop is better but I can't afford to buy this every month or year!

I hope some on can help me???

    Best regards

    I Request The Following Addons:

Aerosoft Maldives Professional (Rewrite from Old Version to New) for Prepar3D V4.5 HF1 and Above
Aerosoft Airbus A380 Professional for Prepar3D V4.5 HF1 and Above

Please Do It Immediately After Airbus A330 Professional, @Mathijs Kok!

    Hi AhmedAhzaam18,
Is there anyone who greatly desires the A380 Professional for P3D v4 it saw me and many others.

I used to ask Aerosoft (Mathijs Kok) if they couldn't make the A380, but it seems there is some information about the Airbus A380 that Aerosoft can't get hold of.

Why not give this information I do not know but I think we can all agree that it is a pity that they can not afford / get the info they need to make the A380.

This may be a matter of time, if not that it may never turn into something. But we have to be confident and see what happens in the future

But I understand very well that we all wanted the king over the air in P3D v4,  But right now we just have to hope that one day, Aerosoft will get the Info and permission to make the A380.

    Best Regards

    1. A A380 is still out of scope despite Airbus stopped his production. The reasons are still the same.

    2. I do not understand your question, please post in english.

    Hi mopperle,

Sorry for me late repley, I wanted to hear about Bangkok (VTBS) and Phuket (VTSP) could be made for P3D v4 ???

  8. Hey there,

    I have 2 Questions.

1: Do some one from Aerosoft think that, they maybe could make A380 for P3D v4???

I could understand that Aerosoft couldn't make this A380 because of the lack of info about the plane. But I just think now that Airbus has / or would stop the production of the A380, so it might be a good opportunity to get the A380 Pro made. Of course, I am well aware that it is very difficult to get these information to make A380. But if the plane is still not made any more, what is the problem in giving Aerosoft the info and permission it requires to make this nice flyer???

2: Ville høre om Bangkok (VTBS) og Phuket (VTSP) kunne blivet lavet til P3D v4???

    Best summer regards

    Hi

Do we already have an adapted version of the SAS / Scandinavian livery working for the 320/321 professional? I only found files from 2016 and older.

YES Please, Finally one who is also SAS interested, it could be rat getting SAS A319, A320 and A321 (and in the future to A330) But i have the old liveries from FSX to P3D v4. I just changed a little in some files and, then, the earlier paintings worked for P3D v4. But would rather have them painted new!

Nej, opdateringen er ikke kun for fly, men også for tilføjelser til scener...

    Hi TomA320

Thanks for your reply, I only asked because a few days ago I couldn't update Cologne bonn Professional, but now I can ???

But thank you for your information, about it only for the new products.

  12. Hey everybody

I have a question about the program Aerosoft Updater as followed with Aerosotf aircraft products.

I would like to hear about are the Aerosoft Updater just for Aircraft???

Because I can't get in to updates and update some airports on Aerosoft homepage, I think it's could be a good idéa if I also could upadte my airports on the Aerosoft updater.

Pisa is already available for P3D v4 and Rotterdam is in development. Also some products are available by competitors, like Manchester by UK2000 and Stockholm Arlanda by ORBX. Sandefjord and Svalbard are not officially P3D v4 compatible, but are known to work.

However I do support your other requests. Dublin, Helsinki and Keflavik are missing holes, those products just don't work in P3D v4. Needs to be said FSDG already said they'd develop Keflavik somewhere later this year, so that's one to look forward to.

PatrickZ I am happy to hear that you are at the three airports, but I also think that you could make the others especially Sandefjord, Svalbard and Bali X. Since they are one of my favorite airports. Now I myself from the Scandinavia and so it is perhaps there because I love all the northern airports.^_^ and yes i know that bali is not Scandinavian but also likes the airport^_^

  15. Hi

How likely would these airports be made for P3D v4 ???

    Asia

    Bali X (WADD)

    Europe

    Dublin (EIDW)

    Helsinki EFHK)

    Keflavik (BIKF)

    Manchester(EGCC)

    Pisa (LIRP)

    Rotterdam (EHRD)

    Sandefjord (ENTO)

    Split (LDSP)

    Stockholm Arlanda (ESSA)

    Svalbard (ENSB)

    USA

    Kodiak (PADQ)
