Hello a4airline,
1. download the file
2. unzip the files into a temporary directory
3. change in one of the two directories (clean or dirt)
4. copy the directory Texture.TurkishTCJPY in your AirbusX directory ..\Aerosoft Airbus A320 CFM
5. add the following into your aircraft.cfg
[FLTSIM.X]
title = Airbus A320 Turkish Airlines TC-JPY
sim = A320
model =
panel =
sound =
texture = TurkishTCJPY
kb_checklists = AirbusA321_check
kb_reference = AirbusA321_ref
atc_id = TC-JPY

(You can find the aircraft.cfg in this folder ..\Aerosoft Airbus A320 CFM)
6. replacing the X (from [FLTSIM.X]) with the next numbers in line after your last existing paint scheme - if the last paint scheme already on the list is fltsim.2, this should be fltsim.3
7. Nice flying!
