  1. Well the issue is that there are simply no aircrafts to choose from. It's as if we dont have a fleet. 0 planes. And I'm talking for regular users, not for us admins. None of our users can access saved aircrafts, the whole list is empty, it seems like there's no saved aircraft. And without an aircraft on database, they cant plan any flights. And since they are just regular users/dispatchers, they dont have the privileges to add aircrafts.
  2. Well it's a Server/VA issue so I don't think forum users can help. The aircraft list we are seeing on admin login is different than what users are seeing.

  6. Hello. It seems that the servers are down. PFPX cannot update weather, check license or program version etc. anything at all.
  7. Funny enough you say that since I have been trying to reach someone at FlightSimSoft for weeks maybe even months. I even contacted Aerosoft to help me reach you guys...

  10. Hello, I sent 2 support tickets in the span of 1 month and still yet to get a response. I don't understand why there is basically no response at all. If it was something I could fix I would've done it before sending a ticket obviously... Does anyone know any other way to contact devs? My email is cptalpdeniz@gmail.com Regards
