Hi Dave , it's me Giuseppe you remember I had problems with the MCDU , some of the buttons are inoperative and I can't do any setup on the aircraft , you  give me the link to summit a ticket to the support team , in the mean time I format the pc and started from scratch to make sure that I hadn't any damage files . I install the p3dv4 and before of anything else I install the airbus bundle but the problem still there , very disappointed and frustrated because I been trying absolute any suggestion that was possible to find on the forum  .

    the only answer I had from the support team was to make sure that the engines are not running and the parking break are applyed . Please Dave see if you can help me to solve the problem I this point i'am desperate , especially because I never had problem before of this kind with the aerosoft products , and always they are been my first choose on buy them .

      Can you provide me with the Support Ticket Number and the name of of the person who answered your Support Ticket?

Hi Emanuel , my name is Giuseppe and I write to you because it's been over 3 weeks that I have purchased the airbus bundle for P3D V4 , and right from the begin I had been experience problems with MCDU . reading your post looks like you find the solution for making the mcdu buttons working , because this is what I experience with my , I can't setup the state of the aircraft and I can't open the doors . I hope you can help me givin some step to step what  I can do to solve this problem . Thank you in advance Giuseppe

Hi Dave , thank you for youe replay , just to say that i have been trying every suggestion found on the forum regarding the mcdu not working buttons , even clicking on the top grey buttons at the top of the mcdu , but nothing still working , i get very frustated , i hope you can help me on solving this issue .       I am very sorry to hear about the problems you are experiencing, and I know first hand how frustrating that is.

       

      What I can tell you (and this is good news) is that the problem you're experiencing is not with our software, which means that we should be able to assist you with correcting the issue on your side.

       

      What I suggest is putting in a Support Ticket so that one of our in house techs can take a look at this with you. It often takes a few days for them to get to a new support ticket, but if you haven't heard back in 3 days then please let me know.  In fact, please let me know when the issue is resolved for you, and if you don't mind please keep me in the loop overall via Private Message?  If our in house tech can't help you resolve this, then I will try and squeeze in some time to jump in.

       

      You can put in a support ticket at the link below.  Please provide a link to your original post about this issue, as well as your system specs and which version of the Airbus you're using - this will speed things up!
