Fehler Beim Starten Der Anwendung

Guten Tag,
ich habe mir eben WoS2 gekauft (Download Version). Beim starten der Software kommt folgende Fehlermeldung:
Ich hab leider keine Ahnung woran das liegen könnte.
Mein System:
Nvidia Geforce 9800 gtx+ (Desktop läuft auf 1440x900 mit 32bit)
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @2,4GHz
4GiB Ram
Windows Vista 32bit
Weiß jemand woran das liegen könnte?

Unter Windows XP auf dem selben Rechner mit den selben Einstellungen das gleiche Problem
