Should have some more images this afternoon after the team meeting.

Another question. Since MSFS by default contains NavData which is also being update 4 weekly, will the Aerosoft Airbus makes use of it? Or will it have seperate NavData instead? Personally I hope it will support standard NavData so you don't need another add-ona nd also you can just create your flightplan in the sim without entering the MCDU with all legs.

  2. @Jonas S. Just planned an IFR flightplan from gate 6A with the A320neo and here is what I got:

Asking Clearance via the Approach frequency indicates there is no tower/ground frequency added. Also the ATC instructions looks the same as with any uncontrolled airport. You have to announce your position. Normally with a ground/tower, you ask for taxi etc.

Here you see no tower/ground, only the 'Approach' frequency. There should be (according to charts):

    - Adana Ground Tower 121.9

    - Adana Tower 121.1

    When asking clearance:

You also see in the ATC options that you have to announce your position. IRL this is not the case.

    And regarding the ground vehicles:

I can select the ATC option but the list remains empty...

    Hi @Er!k,

I just tested the scenery with the WT CJ4 and our CRJ, both had ATC and ground handling was available. Could you test those or let me know in which use-case you experienced those difficulties?

Hi Jonas, thanks for testing. I experienced the issue when coming into the airport. There is no Tower or ground frequency, just a 'tune LTAF traffic' frequency.

  4. Hi Aerosoft,

Just got Adana Airport and it really looks cool with all those surrounding buildings and a nice approach. When approaching the airport (using default ATC) I noticed there are no tower and ground frequencies, but instead a generic frequency where you have to announce your position. Also at the ground there is no ATC to assign you a parking and last but not least when parked no options for ground vehicles appear. I looked up some charts and found there are some active frequencies: ltaf.pdf (gokcekalgin.com)

Can these be added in a future update as well as the option to allow ground vehicles (ramp connection, baggage, catering)?

  5. It is always difficult for a developer. If you do not communicate people will be frustrated by a lack of updates. if you communicate a time frame people will complain it is not specific enough and if you communicate a date people will be angry if you cannot meet the date... A lot of people also don't understand that the majority of developers also have other jobs. During the start of the whole COVID-19 pandemic people were at home and a lot of sceneries were produced at that time. No the pandemic is slowly coming to an end people are going out much more, spend time at the office, go out to friends and family and as a result less time for developing. This can also slow work down. Nevertheless, looking forward to Brussels when it comes and in the mean time I have a lot of other nice destinations to visit :)

    Thanks Mathijs, much appreciated.

Thanks Er!k, I should have mentioned that I'm using Simple Traffic only with Offline Traffic at 35%, Online Traffic Data switched off and Ground Traffic set to zero.

Useful info, then I indeed think it is a 'bug'...
