Ran into this as well. Open Aerosoft One Installer App. Copy your activation code from the aircraft entry in the library. Load up the plane and enter the Activation code into the EFB. The gear should appear after that. Just fixed my install this way as well.

Thanks for providing this option. I've tried but still have the issue with no gear showing upon aircraft loading in 2024. This is with the 1.0.3 and the 1.0.2, using existing liveries and also with the default Aerosoft livery, same result. Descending from cruise with FMA indicating THR DES, I hear a repeating engine "spool" sound from low to high pitch. Something that you might hear when on the ground at idle thrust and you apply thrust - That initial spooling sound. When this occurs, the engine indicators are all stable - EPR, N1, and N3. I'm unsure what is triggering the sound but perhaps something to investigate when appropriate. Anyone else notice this?

Can you download your flight info into the MCDU? If not, Check this setting in the EFB: Go to "Settings/Accounts" tab Check if IGNORE AIRAC/AC TYPE MISMATCH is set to "OFF" If it is, turn it "ON" and try to download OFP via MCDU. If this works, you have something off with the aircraft type in the SimBrief aircraft profile OR you have an out of sync AIRAC This may not apply since you mentioned not being able to download to the EFB but worth a check.
