[Moving crj 900 - result cold and dark]

I used "travel to" again on a 700 nm flight.. And puff I was in the air FL360 in a could and dark flight.. Will this ever be solved?.. I know other aircrafts have problems with longer flight. Some freezes when I increase sim rate.

Hi Svend Loggerhead. 

I load in MSFS and to specific aircraft folders if demanded via Simbrief downloader... The Simbrief plan is loaded to MSFS and I in the sim load the flight plan through the MSFS set up for loading the flight.

Long Haul Flying....

The problems with a 10 hour flight is that's ain't going to happen for me.. 

A flight takes for me about 3 hours: Handling, climb ,cruise warp flying or through the "travel to" wormhole, and then descent, approach and landing. 

I don't find many well functioning and good flying long haulers in MSFS at present, and they often seem to have problems with the "travel to" function.. "like NO flight plan" .... And if I increase the sim rate the plane often go haywire.

 

Does the A333 have a solution for "practical simmer time" for long haul?

An I soo much look forward to the A333.

In P3d the game couldn't handle more than 4x... So I even didn't though about it...
I am very disappointed with P3d by the way... The insist in using C drive for installation.. Even though I pointed out my SSD is only for OS... After answer ...They couldn't care less. They just ignored me... Even though me and several others are struggling with the same issue. ... they seem to have some corporate mentality... 
I have bought soo much scenery and airplanes through the years.... very disappointing ..

During a flight decided to move the crj by " travel to" and when I pressed "fly now" I ended in a flight deck that was cold and dark.... and the plane entered going down...

Hi 

 

There are some confusion about the new SAS repaint....

I made this comment at a SAS repainter... But was encouraged to make a forum post about this.

 

This is the new Scandinavian Airlines Livery

SAS new Livery

 

They have Silver logo and Silver engines..

 

No one to this date seem to get the new SAS livery correct!

 

There is a general problem when painters on the new SAS livery try to make it...

 

They paint the engines grey or white... and they paint the big SAS logo grey..

 

No one to this date has done it correctly.... It's apparently a huge deal this paint.

 

Because the engines and logo are in SILVER...

This is because of the history of SAS livery... In the old dragon livery Silver was dominant.. 

 

I can't make the livery myself.. And thank you to all you guys who does these paints... 

I can only offer my comments.... 

 

BUT NOW IT SEEMS SAS THEMSELVES ARE CONFUSED. THEY HAVE NOW PAINTED SOME OF THIER AIRCRAFT LIKE THE REPAINTERS.

 

So I have written so SAS .

Because... SAS seems to have changed their livery again...  

 

So all the repainters seem to have gone it more right, where I have sticked to the more, what I believe to be the more beautiful livery from their statement... 

And told several painters that they got the new livery wrong... But it seems they haven't.

 

I  think white engines and grey logo instead of silver is a budget version.... and to much new Lufthansa livery.

 

I will return with news.

My objection is meant politely... I haven't the faintest clue of what you are insinuating..

Unnecessary formatting.... Whats that?... What is turning this into a billboard mean.?.. And how am I related to this?..  Does it mean I have made this request before? But it has vanished for some reason and I have made a new request?

 

The livery is not easy... which has been proven by the present versions of the SAS livery. 

Therefore I have have tried to explain the matter..

Please notice that the engines and the huge SAS logo on the aircraft are Silver colored.. Not grey or white  as painters mistakenly have assumed.

I have just bought the scenery and I therefore have ver.1.20

I have tried to follow the manual and did delete the files.

I have GEX Europe, GEX Africa and UTX europe installe and FS Global installed.

Where do I have the to make the changes?

[Approaching Innsbruck 1.20 ctd]

I have tried for a couple of times to Approach Innsbruck in a Austrian PMDG 737 NGX. But just before Approach CTD.

So I wrote a big forum post http://www.simforums.com/forums/topic40409_post237119.html#237119

So now new theory.

I even went back to and to an old driver today Forceware 275.33. But just when I put the nav1 rwy 08 109.70 to active, and the plane and FSX processed it, FSX CTD

And yesterday the same happened. When FSX relates to the nav 1 it CTD. I think when the game related to the nav1 it CTD. Funny thing thought both time fps 15,5.

Looking forward to the answer.

So this happens with 2 Wilco planes but not the default aircraft, what about the default commercial jets do they cause this problem.

I just flew a flight1 ATR twice

And on my way to LOWI it CTD.

Then i decided to fly the other way and started in LOWI for going to LSZH.

I came to decent on my way to Zürich and this is the last picture. Because I just wanted to fumble and just check the fms - CTD

Now the ATR have problems with this fms - I have installed a fix. But maybe it did'nt fix the problem.

To sum up. I am allowed to fly for a while and then something happens.

So Now I just come across something.

It's about memory leaks. I don't how to react to the information provided in the featured video: How Do I: Avoid and Detect memory Leaks.

You see I have learned that if i have diffrent C++ versions they wil create a memory leak!

And since everyone is wailing over these OOM's which makes CTD it could be something to look into.

Because I don't now which one of these Microsoft Visual C++'s to delete

Hi Jens,

never had a CTD when flying to Innsbruck, although I have lower system specs. What was the exact error message when you got the CTD?

The only difference in your Nvidia settings compared to mine is "Antiliasing - Transparency Supersampling = Off/Multisampling".

And please, next time resize you screenshots a bit, not everybody got a 32" monitor on his desk.

FSX suddently CTD. I tried with a Wilco Legacy From Zürich approach from the West towardt "KTI"

Here the CTD and the valley is just behind that mountain and the same happened with the 737 where I appoached from the south from Venice towards "INN"

I use ASE for weather and REX overdrive for textures

Then I decided to start in LOWI and fly around in the FSX MAULE

No problem

[New LFPG scenery: no textures in FSX DX10 mode?]

I just sit her and feel its so sad that all these new good sceneries not are in DX10.

I have LFPG, Barajas, EBBR and EDDF. And I wonder aren't you guys going to do something about it. I mean.

There are conversion programs to make it to DX10. When I change to DX9 a lot of graphics like weather phenomenons and performance are hit.

Its pity that af very skilled software developer like Aerosoft don't keep up. May UK2000 scenery inspire you guys.
