    Yes we will support the standard checklist system of the sim.

    Hi,

    I am afraid we are talking about different things here. In order to clarify my question, please let me make some additional statements:

    The standard MSFS CL is just a listed sequence of items, which you are able to tick when setting the simulator. That means that there is no immersion in it at all;

    - What I ment in my post was completely different. Your A330 for P3D was with included procedures of:

        -- reading the items of every applicable CL in the correct sequence (the user can hear pilot's voice);

        -- the changes of corresponding switches can be viwed (if chosen);

        -- the applied settings are confirmed by the PM;

        -- the correct settings can automatically apply by PM (if chosen);

    In regards to all the above and having the opinion of other users, I may wish to state that those features were making the Aerosoft's version of Airbuses developed for P3D unique among all competitors. It was supporting too much the newbies in their way of learning the AC and knowing what was actually going on in the cockpit during different stages of the flight.

    Hope the item is clear now and you may wish to submit your comments.

  2. Hi Guys!

    I have a question to Aerosoft team. Are you planning to include the CL and all functions repated to it into the new version of A330, applicable to MSFS?

    It was a very useful function in the versions for P3D especially helping the new users, who had no automated habits for applying the CLs when and it was needed.

  3. Good evening,

    Thank you very much for the support! Similar instructions I got from the Helpdesk also:

    1. Download and install the latest version of the Xbox PC app;

    2. Click the Microsoft Flight Simulator icon on the left sidebar;

    3. Click the "Install", "Play" or "Update" button. If an install or download is required you will be able to click the launch button after completion.

    Thanks to Mr. Tom Flashman issue sorted and everything works perfectly normal now.

    You can close the topic, if you wish now.

    Merry Christmas and Prosperous New Year to all!

  4. Good day Gentlemen,

    Please note that I had installed the boxed version of MSFS Premium Deluxe on my computer using the disks and it was working properly at the beginning. I made some updates to my hardware configuration recently, which means getting a more powerful CPU. Unfortunately, I was unable to run the product after that. The attached message was shown every time when I try to start the MSFS and the program holds.

    I tried removing the program and reinstalling it as described here:
    https://flightsimulator.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016107019-How-to-repair-or-remove-and-do-a-clean-install-of-Microsoft-Flight-Simulator-on-Microsoft-Store

    Unfortunately with no success. Every time when I launch the Startup.exe from Disk 1 at administrator mode, the only stage I reach is the Microsoft Store where they are offering me to buy the simulator again.

    Kindly advise what I should do for getting the simulator be installed and working again.

    Regards: Georgi

    By default, the Airbus Professional installs to the Documents/Aerosoft folder.  If you remove the A318-A319 and A320-A321 folders from the Documents\Aerosoft folder you should be good to go.  These folders are normally removed when the products are uninstalled, but different systems have different folder permissions and this sometimes prevents the folders from being removed.  There are a few other Airbus Pro related files elsewhere, but it is not necessary to remove them.

    Best wishes!

    Hi Dave,

    Please allow me to interfere a bit and share some thoughts about these folders (Bold and underlined above).

    I came to a bit curious situation when updating to the last stable version of the bus. Surprisingly I found buses folders in Appdata/roaming/Lockheed Martin/Prepar 3D/SimObjects too. It was actually Aerosoft A320-A321 Professional because this was the plane, which I am using. One more thing, my P3D is installed on a separate location, outside the Program Files folder.

    I had deleted the folder and am not facing any problem since, however your comment might be valuable.

    Thank you!
