  1. I'm using Active Sky 2012 in DWC mode and suppressing wind shifts via FSUIPC but have noticed on multiple occasions that the Bronco seems to be susceptible to what I believe to be wind gust's causing the plane to roll up to 15 degrees and rock about the roll axis even with the yaw dampener engaged. I have also tried engaging the Autopilot (I realize it does not have an AP but the default commands are still active) and still getting tossed about. This happens on climb out and cruise right now I am at FL120 at 215Kias with a strong quartering x-wind of 49knts (heading 244 degrees wind 203@49knts) and getting tossed around pretty good. Is anyone else noticing this kind of behavior? Intentional? Thanks,
  2. Nice read, I always loved the Bronco and there was talk that Boeing was contemplating bringing it back. Another fictitious but somewhat believable role would be that of a commercial Fed EX light cargo aircraft seeing how Frederick Smith the CEO of Fed Ex had over 200 missions under his belt in a Bronco. Slap a cargo pod on the bottom of the fuselage plus the internal volume it already possesses and it's not inconceivable to picture it delivering cargo in Alaska or any other remote location.
  3. Thanks for the link; my search using "lights" yielded a nothing so I posted a new thread.
  4. Just wondering if external programs like REX or AS2012 have an affect on the external lighting of the Bronco? I have used both since release and I have a small triangular light cone for my landing lights. I'm not sure if this is what I should be seeing or not? I have not seen enough night shots to know if the Broonc comes with advanced lighting options like the Lotus L39 and Aerosoft Airbus X? With that said, has anyone developed a Shockwave 3D lights profile yet that would like to share? Most of the time the Shockwave lights seem a little too artificial for me but I I do have some profiles for other aircraft I enjoy and wouldn't mind trying a setup for the OV-10.
  5. Is it do to the geared turboprop design that when you click on the starter switches and then click abort the engine winds back down at a more realistic fashion than pulling the condition levers back to cutoff while the engines are running? It's obvious that a lot of passion has been put into this project and I really enjoy it; thanks.
  6. Completely disregard previous post installation problems were totally my fault. In a rush to explore the scenery i failed to activate it in the launcher program which is why I was seeing the airport depicted in such a strange way All is well, congrats on the release and looking forward to flying the Bronco out of here in the next few days!
  7. Disregard I figured out from reading another post my issue was caused by an incomplete patch process. Uninstalling and Reinstalling seems to have cured my issue.
  8. Thanks got it sorted with some help from Avsim forums. Nice little bird, I hope some of the other quirks will get worked out in future updates.
  9. I know there are issues with the Reality XP430 from reading the FAQ. Is the plane even usable if you have this installed? I get an immediate fatal error and CTD by just trying to load the aircraft either from the FSX free flight menu or when trying to switch to the plane from in game menu. Can someone help me get the plane loadable? When i go to the windows event log I get the following error message... It looks like I either need to configure it correctly or remove it but I don't no how to go about doing either?
