  1. Before posting please make yourself familiar with the structure of the forum and read what the specific sections are used for, like:
  2. I just ran a flight out of KMRY to Orbx Burbank (KBUR, and a demanding airport for frames) with smooth graphics all the way down in the CRJ. Lots of panning and switching views too. I'm just not seeing this as a CRJ specific issue. i9-9900KF (no overclocking), EVGA GTX108Ti 11GB VRAM (watercooled/factory overclock), 64GB RAM, 4K 32" monitor. Not a particularly high end rig. I'm looking for smoothness and no stutters rather than frames. That said, if my frames were as the OP noticed, I'm sure I'd be aware I was watching a slide show. Not disputing what the OP had, simply not seeing it too.
  3. You're welcome. Because we believe this topic has been answered we have closed it. If you have any more questions feel free to open a new topic.
  4. Open the sim > Go to WORLD MAP > Select the CRJ livery you want and select CUSTOMIZATION > Delete the entry in the TAIL NUMBER field, then edit the CALL SIGN and FLIGHT NUMBER fields as desired. The editor is sometimes clunky in whether you have to use the Backspace or Delete key and the cursor sometimes has to be reset. Your CALL SIGN text will become all caps when you leave the field, so no need to worry about case sensitivity. When done, close the window using the choices along the bottom of the page, then go fly.
  5. Do let us know. Sometimes the most basic things, especially if they're different than what we're used to, trip us up. Wasn't sure if you were using the wheel instead of trying to find an up-down arrow with the left/right keys or now. If the cursor is positioned properly, you'll see a double headed arrow on things like the baro-set which is then adjusted by scrolling with the wheel.
  6. Also, make sure you're using the mouse wheel for these things. See page 1-1-8 in Volume 1 of the included manuals.
  7. Since you have two different issues, please comply with the request in this post:
  8. There's a dedicated forum for each of the two CRJs. Please look around the one for your product and post in the appropriate section there, as the title of this section states "General Discussion (No Support)". Aerosoft CRJ - AEROSOFT COMMUNITY SERVICES for the (new) MFS version and CRJ 550/700/900/1000 - AEROSOFT COMMUNITY SERVICES for the P3D version.
  9. This has gotten off topic, as the OP's question was about switches, not not the fueling panel. If someone needs help with that, please open a separate thread. As amahran notes, moving the view so you're looking at it squarely helps. Because we believe this topic has been answered we have closed it. If you have any more questions feel free to open a new topic.

  11. Puuhbear, I think he's asking for the performance chart that shows the gradient for given temperature and pressure altitude so he can determine whether the aircraft meets the standard climb gradient (for missed approach segment, 200'/NM (about 3.3%) in the US) or as on the charts in your answer. Volker, if I interpreted your question correctly, it looks like such a chart isn't included in the manuals supplied with the add-on. If you really want/need the info, you'll probably have to find it on the net.
  12. The wheel isn't a workaround, it's the primary method. Do take a look at the post linked by FlyByWire128.
  13. Your issue is unrelated to the shop. Please post in the product support area. The link will take you to the support area, and if you spend a couple of minutes looking over the subtopics, you'll know where to post...and look to see if this has already been asked and answered: Aerosoft CRJ - AEROSOFT COMMUNITY SERVICES . If you haven't done so already, please view The Dude's videos and ensure you've successfully completed the tutorial flight. In it, you'll learn how to deal with a disco. What works in an Airbus won't necessarily work in a CRJ. Come fly with me, by The Dude - AEROSOFT COMMUNITY SERVICES

  16. The best way to get help here is a separate post for each issue instead of a list. Please see this post: Adi-Flyer, to know where to look for answers to many of your questions that have been asked and answered before by and for others, please take a look around the CRJ forum so you'll know where to find them. That said, your issues with "my external consoles" and the Logitech autopilot multipanel are easy to answer. As you've probably found, those panels do work with the default coding in MFS. However, because the advanced features of this add-on require custom coding, they won't function fully without some helpful software. Look in the appropriate forum section for help and you'll see what I mean. If you can't get the CRJ in the air successfully working through the tutorial, you're not doing things right somewhere or there's something unique in your system that's the cause. A couple of your issues are so rare that it's the only explanation. It frequently takes a good 3 to 4 hours following the step-by-step in volume 3 to do so, so take your time and follow the instructions carefully. As an advanced add-on, flying the CRJ successfully requires some preparation beyond what's needed for the default or free aircraft. Also, I strongly encourage you to view all of The Dude's videos here if you haven't already, especially the pre-flight cockpit checks.
  17. You're right. I missed that. Moved again to the P3D CRJ livery area.
  18. From several other posts, it's becoming clear that using the ESC key causes problems. Do a search (upper right of this page) for "escape key" with just the default filter, and you'll find out plenty. It appears to be a sim issue, as you'll see if you do the same search in the MFS forums here.
  19. As stated in the section header, there's no support in the General Discussion section. I moved this for you to a more likely place to get help.

    Re-Fuel Panel

You first asked, "About where I can find information for this panel to know how it's works?" and later added, "I would like to know about how to I set exactly same block fuel value I get from Simbrief - let say 6009 kg? As I use Increse/decrease switch it always go above or below but never get a correct value so about what is the problem? Why this equipment is let out from the CRJ manuals if I may ask?" CRJ gave you the correct answer to your first two questions (The panel only works in 10 kg increments). That's all you needed to answer the important questions of how and why it works as it does. While I wasn't responsible for manual content, I can make a good guess at the the answer to the last question. With a printed manual that fills a two inch binder if printed out double sided (I know because I did it), it's pretty unfair to accuse the manual people of being lazy. The same with the considerable effort to provide The Dude's videos. Not everyone learns best from a manual, just as not everyone learns best from videos. Using the refueling panel isn't "necessary" for all users and my guess here is that a page or two on it was less effective than The Dude demonstrating it. But since you insist on wanting an answer to a content question, you'll likely have to wait for an answer from someone like Mathijs (who was responsible for deciding on content) for the official one rather than this quick answer to a 7 hour old question (at this writing).

    Re-Fuel Panel

For now anyway, the best source of information on the Fuel Panel is in The Dude's videos. Start at 35 seconds in on the episode 3 video here:
  22. I just checked and it's out. Thankfully, just as a Store update.
  23. Most likely just as it's done now in MFS. Why would the developer change it?
  24. Thanks for sharing what you did to resolve this, Dan. Because we believe this topic has been answered we have closed it. If you have any more questions feel free to open a new topic.
