  1. Hi Ed good catch, I have amended the default guidelines. Thanks
  2. Here is my entry for the month of June Flying the arrival into Boston after being delayed for 3 hours due to thunderstorms affecting the east coast #MSFS2024 #FENIXA320 #WORLDCUP
  3. Hi Darryl, This was a real contest. Aaron was kind enough to kick it off for me as June was a busy month for me and then trying to squeeze in going to the FSExpo things got a bit hectic. apologies if this may have thrown the thought process off regarding this June's contest. Here is an idea!!! - The contest will be reopen for 4 days starting Friday 4th and ending Monday 7th at midnight
  4. Fellow Picassos How goes it!! Summer is here and people are traveling all over the place. Passenger loads are running at about 90% on most flights and I am sure there is a lot of work to get moving people. I have a different idea for this month's contest - I am going to allow for a scene which will allow for a maximum of 9 images which MUST tell a story which you must provide some context for images provided. Yes, my examples usually have more than what the contest rules state - but this is just to give some ideas as to what can be done. DAL3112: Atlanta to Dallas Forth Worth beginning at dusk Simulator: MSFS 2024 Aircraft: iniBuilds Airbus 350 Scenery: KATL and KDFW Pushing back from Gate F7 Taxiing to RWY 26L Departing RWY 26L - KATL Climbing to FL400 - next waypoint STNGA Descending into KDFW For this contest - All participants are allowed 9 images to define your "Story Line". Users are allowed to change their posted image up until the time frame allowing you to do so expires. If you fail to post an image based on the theme of the month, it is very likely that the image will not be considered during "judgment day". This a multi-sim platform for your "FLIGHT" images as we welcome FS2004, FSX, Prepar3D, MSFS 2020, MSFS 2024, X-Plane 9 - 12, DCS, Infinite Flight and even AeroFly images. Good Luck to ALL.
  5. Fellow Aviators!! Congrats to CaptKornDog for winning the April Screenshot contest. While the image may simple against the sky's background, the explanation of motion as this beast takes to the sky - All Things in Motion!!! Email to follow shortly. Cheers
  6. Fellow Aviators!!! Congrats to IvanRS!!! This month's contest was filled with some sorrow as it was rough to see many of our fellow colleagues who were overnight found to be without employment. The entries this month all have some level of sentimental and or emotional feelings attached to them which made it a huge toss-up. The image that really drove this contest was that of IvanRS as he was able to capture the true concept of FAREWELL Email to follow shortly Cheers
  7. Fellow Simviators May is upon us and while I had a few interesting ideas for this month's contest, recent events within the aviation industry allowed me to shift focus and try something different. It was rather unfortunate seeing the closure of the low cost carrier Spirit Airlines and while many folks despised their business practices and in some cases their service, others enjoyed the ability to fly at an affordable airfare more suited to their budget. We won't use this as a discussion piece into why they did not survive but we know the last few years has been a struggle for the company to keep afloat after enduring engine problems with some of their newly purchased NEOs being grounded as a result. However, we we use this month's contest to pay tribute to Spirit and their dedicated team members who kept the carrier going for 34 years (1992 - 2026). Rules of engagement!! All images must have a Spirit livery of some sort to be considered and or there may be something within the terminal/ground services environment to reflect that it is owned and or operated by Spirit Airlines. X-Plane 11 X-Plane 11 MSFS 2020 MSFS 2024 MSFS 2024 MSFS 2024 MSFS 2024 MSFS 2024 MSFS 2024 MSFS 2020 Remember creativity is always a plus, let's see what you have to offer. Good Luck to All!!
  8. Just a few hours left folks....let's get those remaining screenshots posted. Good luck to all Cheers
  9. Shalom and greetings all, The April Screenshot Contest will focus on celebrating the recent release and debut of Aerosoft's newly released A340-600 Professional. Compliance for this month's contest is simple! The screenshot MUST contain any variant of the A340 - 600/500/300/200, the aircraft must be in motion and or there is some action taking place with the aircraft which includes images of the aircraft during pushback, taxiing, takeoff roll, in-flight, configured for landing, and landing - there MUST be some sort of visible motion. Providing context for the image may add to the creativity for the scene being captured. Entries for the A340 can either be freeware or payware - whether it be FS2004, FSX, Prepar3D, X-Plane 11/12 or MSFS 2020/2024. Good luck!!! Note from Kroswynd: I would like to thank Aharon for assisting with the monthly screenshot contest for the past few months. This month's theme was also his suggestion which I think was fitting. I know most of the participants are tube-line pilots so I am expecting to see some creative work. So come on and let's see what magic can be captured by pressing the screenshot shutter button. Most of the images used for illustration this month are of the Aerosoft A340-600 Professional (taken from the sales page) Taxiing to the active during a foggy morning Preparing to shutdown after an evaluation flight TOGA takeoff at Max Gross Takeoff Weight Fully configured for final approach Enjoying the scenery moments for making the final right turn for landing at Kai Tak Kroswynd's images Greasing the mains on runway 07 TAPA Aircraft: IniBuilds A340 - 300 Scenery: LatinVFR's TAPA Simulator: MSFS 2024 Rolling out on runway 07 Aircraft: IniBuilds A340 - 300 Scenery: LatinVFR's TAPA Simulator: MSFS 2024 Pushing-back from gate 1 at V.C.Bird International Airport, taxi instructions for runway 07 Aircraft: IniBuilds A340 - 300 Scenery: LatinVFR's TAPA Simulator: MSFS 2024 Initial climb-out from runway 07 TAPA, enroute to CYYZ Aircraft: IniBuilds A340 - 300 Scenery: LatinVFR's TAPA Simulator: MSFS 2024 Final cruising altitude of FL0350 Aircraft: IniBuilds A340 - 300 Simulator: MSFS 2024 Hazy approach into CYYZ (Toronto) Aircraft: IniBuilds A340 - 300 Scenery: FlyTampa's CYYZ (not yet visible in image) Simulator: MSFS 2024 As Always - All participants are ONLY allowed 1 image if you post more than one - ONLY the first entry will be judged and the others deleted.

  14. @AharonThanks for the motion!! I wish I was enjoying the holidays but unfortunately I have been busy at work (late nights and early mornings - screwed up schedule), although I did have Christmas Day off. Who is up for the challenge?? Good luck to all participants
