  1. Thanks for the two videos. The issue you have is not based on AS but on the QNH itself. In case of 1.103 the Engine2 EPR runs up to 1.011 and in case of QNH 1.016 only up to 1.009 EPR. But in the CL we use a minimum value of 1.010 EPR for the "stabilized" message to be called. Because this value is not reached the message is not called and the CL does not commence. I am now discussing the different EPR values (based on different QNH) with my colleague who is responsible for the engines program. As soon as we come to a decission I will let you know the how we are going to solve the issue. Regards, Rolf
  2. So please tell me exactly what your are doing step by step and really I need any detail. Is the GSX-option in MCDU3 GROUNDSERVICES menu set to YES? When the Cockpit Preparation CL has been finished, did you just call the GSX Pushback function (which automatically closes all doors) and automatically starts the Before Engine Start CL? When it has been finished just follow the GSX instructions. Please do not use any MCDU3 option p.e. to manually start one of the two CL's. Those only should be used if no GSX pushback is used. The best thing would be to prepare a video........
  3. Could you please explain the issue you experience in detail as well as state the Airbus version you are using and that you use the latest experimental update......
  4. There is really no connection between the CL and ActiveSky - except the BARO Settings. But those settings are injected by AS into the sim and the CL takes it from there.
  5. Just one additional remark: The checklist sounds can only be heard if the view is set to the "inside" of the plane e. g. the VC. If you still have problems please send us first a screenshot of your MCDU3 OPTIONS SOUND settings......
  6. First this is an option in the GSX-Settings menu - which can be disabled. I suggest therefore first you try to disable this GSX option and check if then everything is working like previously. Another possibility is if you are asked by GSX for confirmation and both engines are really stabilized then open the GSX menu and select the "confirmation" option for good engine start. All this has nothing to do with flight plans or ActiveSky. So if you experience other problems then the one mentioned before please open a new thread for each issue....... Regards, Rolf

  14. The checklist requires certain defined settings to proceed to the next item. If those settings are not made correct the checklist stops. In your case please tell us exactly about which A319 CL you are talking and when this issue happens e.g. when exactly do you want to switch the cabin signs to OFF......I hope you do not use FSCrew because there seem to be some currently some compatibility problems....
  15. I believe you have the MCDU3-Checklist-ViewFocus option switched on because that is the reason why the window is "jumping". If you do not know what to do then first try the checklist with the copilot set to ON and see what he is doing. The next time then you know........
  16. Hi Sezb, I just tried to reproduce the issue with STEP ALTS and the Awareness Calls you mentioned. Unfortunately I could not reproduce the issue you mentioned. So please tell me exactly step by step what you did. What was the FL you entered on the MCDU INIT A page as CRZ LVL? What steps you used in between to reach this CRZ LVL? After you reached this CRZ LVL you entered in the MCDU a STEP ALTS at one waypoint ahead with a 1.000 feet above the initial cruize level? Was the "white arrow up" displayed on the ND at that waypoint? Did you change the FCU ALT accordingly? At that STEP ALTS waypoint did you push the FCU ALT button to start the climb? Regards, Rolf
  17. Andrey, regarding the copilot table after "Initiate Descent" you are right and the issue is already on our to-do-list. As a workaround please currently close it manually. The other issues mentioned I am not able to confirm. Did you by chance maybe use "time accelleration" (keys R and +) when the Descent Preparation CL was running. That is the only possibility I can think of that the pilots are talking at the same time...... Regards, Rolf
  18. Please explain about what you are talking because "STEP ALTITUDE" is a fixed expression for a climb procedure after reaching cruise level. But I assume you are talking about the normal climb procedure after takeoff? So please explain in detail - sty by step and with all the alt settings - what you are doing so that I am able to reproduce the issue you mentioned. Regards, Rolf
  19. There is in respect to function no difference between the A320 and the A330 and the GSX function is after installation allways set to NO because not everybody has GSX installed..... Regards, Rolf
  20. Andrey, I cannot say anything to the "smoke / snow" subject. But if you have GSX installed and want to use it for PB then the option must be set to ON. But please do not touch the PUSHBACK option above it (LSK5L) because this should only be used by people not havening GSX installed and who do not use the CL / CP. Regards, Rolf
  21. Hi Anfy, Sorry I do not understand your problem or you did not read the instructions carefully. You are writing that "GSX Services are not installed in the MCDU" e.g. you do not have GSX on your system? Then how do you "call the GSX tow truck"? If GSX is installed on your system and you want to use the GSX tow truck resp. its PB function, then the MCDU3 GROUNDSERVICES GSX option must be set to ON. If this function is started via the GSX menu automatically all doors are closed and the BEFORE ENGINE START CL will start. Automatically GSX prepares the pushback. When the CL has been finished release the parking brakes and follow the GSX instructions (as mentioned on the INFOBAR). Start engine 1 and after it is stabilized then start engine 2 etc. and set parking brakes when GSX calls for it. The PB CL will be finished if you hear the PF confirmation that parking brakes are set and all engines are running. It end with "Thank you for your help".... Then WAIT appears on the INFOBAR and after some time the AFTER ENGINE START / BEFORE TAXI CL automatically will start. I believe that in some ways you did not follow the instructions and its sequence as stated above...... Please retry! Regards, Rolf
  22. I do not know but I think it might be possible. So just try it in the MCDU3 to set the copilot to ON.
  23. The easiest way is to set in the MCDU3 / OPTIONS / SOUND / SOUND OPTIONS / the FLIGHT CREW option to OFF. This has no influence on the checklist e. g. the captain as well as the copilot can still be heard. But all other "background" noises like page and knob turns and switch settings etc. are also gone. Because those are typical "Corona-Virus" symptoms I found a cure for users not be infected: Please find attached the two files in question which how have been "silenced". Please copy both into \Documents\Aerosoft\Aerosoft A330 Professional\SimObjects\Airlplanes\Aerosoft A330 Professional Base\Sound_ASC\ and overwrite the existing ones.   24. Jonas, sorry cannot confirm this. All CL related A330 sound files are located in ..\Documents\Aerosoft\Aerosoft A330 Professional\SimObjects\Airlplanes\Aerosoft A330 Professional Base\Sound_ASC and p.e. the "cough sound" is called "ASC_FD_Cough.wav".   25. As I already stated I do not know why you as pilot want to open / close doors yourself. In RL I never saw that doors were opened / closed by the pilots. Only the pax doors are opened and closed by the crew e. g. the flight attendents. All cargo doors are open / closed by the ground crew. Everybody is asking us to make this plane and the features like in RL and until now everybody seems to be happy with this - you are the only one asking us to do this different! This is what I already stated in another thread and therefore closed it. If you do not like the GSX-Integration the way we implemented it then you ar able to delete it completely - by just deleting the file "Immersion.dll" in the folder ...\Documents\Aerosoft\Aerosoft A330 Professional\SimObjects\Airplanes\Aerosoft A330 Professional Base\Panel_Fallback\DLLs\.... But this also disables all other immersions we implemented....... So please make your choice!
