  1. OK, currently there are known function / status problems in the MCDU3 LOAD AND FUEL menu and we are already working on it. Hopefully the solution will be included in the next experimetal update..... Regards, Rolf

To identify your problem you should do the tutorial flight using the Checklist and Copilot (so that we are sure everything is done right) and then tell us exactly at which point you experience the issue e.g. what was the last action before the problem occured..... And if everything works well then tell us what you are doing different ......... Regards, Rolf
  3. You should not use that tutorial flight LOWI-LFMN anymore because the NavData have been changed and also a lot of other things. This was the reason why we changed the tutorial flight.....
  4. I am confused: Why are you using this "old" tutorial for the 32bit version instead of the new updated version for the 64bit version if you are flying the Airbus Professional?
  5. Sorry, which version of the tutorial and for which Aerosoft model you are using this document? The tutorial flight for the Aerosoft Airbus Professional is from EDDF to EGLL.......

  8. Have a look into the documentation "Volume4-Systems" and on page 34 it states : To close the window first click the little lever on the window rail to unlock it. ELECTRICAL Click on the prints and they will be transferred to clipboard on the captains window - please see I cannot find any item in the "Before Start CL" named ATC - please specify exactly what you mean resp. when this one is called! Set the SYST to 1 (ON) and PWS to AUTO Only WX/ATIS is modelled - but data are available only if F-PLAN is completely filled e.g. DEP and ARR airport must be available and in the MCDU3 the right weather source selected. The next time please do not put several items in one thread but create one for each item and save it in the right category. This is also valid if you want more details to one or your subjects.....   9. I am using 4.4 and cannot reproduce the issue...... If you look into the P3D Forum you will see that there are a lot of FPS-problems with v4.5. So maybe it is also related to 4.5..... Regards, Rolf

  11. First you should not start the engines before boarding is completed. If boarding is completed (green - nor more white/green blinking) then close the doors and automatically the BEFORE START CL will start..... Second: Do not use the keys 1 and 2 for other purposes (like GSX) if HOTKEYS are enabled in the MCDU3 options because this will stop the CL / resp. disable the copilot......

  13. Use / make the following settings: Cockpit Preparation CL - Nav Lights STROBE = AUTO (1) NAV&LOGO = ON (2) TAXI CL - RWY TURN OFF LIGHTS = ON NOSE LIGHT = TAXI (1) Regards, Rolf
  14. This is logic what you are doing. If GSX is used for BOARDING and FUELING the MCDU3 LOAD functions (LSK1-4R) are automatically blocked - to avoid any interaction between both programs e. g. you can only use on fuction at the time. If you restart GSX this "blocking" automatically is released........ Regards, Rolf
  15. No if you do not use GSX it should not affect the MCDU3 LOADING. I just checked and on my system I can load 0.46. But I recently changed something basic on my system for the A318 (which will be released with the next experimental update) and maybe this also was the reason for the issue on your system. So please after the next experimental update try again and if it is not solved please come back...... Regards, Rolf
  16. I have similar problems when I make a new install of the Airbus and have ChasePlane installed because ChasePlane changes the aircraft.cfg - but making a backup -. My problem is easily solved by disabling in the MCDU3 the VIEW OPTION (which is by default set to on) and then restarting the sim again...... Regards, Rolf
  17. The whole GSX-integration is still WIP and has some still some bugs. So I suggest currently not to use GSX for boarding and deboarding pax and cargo as well as refueling. Just use the MCDU3 functions LSK1-4R (incl. LOAD INSTANT) . Thank you for your patience.

  20. If you use the GSX function to load passengers / cargo the equivalent MCDU load functions LSK1R and LSK2R are automatically blocked......e.g. you can only use one.....! Regards, Rolf
  21. If you use / load a flightplan just try it again e.g. enter the flightplan like EDDF/EGLL again in the MCDU INIT1 page with LSK1R. If this does not work then try it with another plan and after this one is loaded try it with the previous again.... This should clear the MCDU currupted flight plan. Regards, Rolf

But I doubt because the forum is "closed" since a couple of years. Aircrafts: Weights are not the problem. What I am looking for is a tool to calculate V1, V2, VR and FLEX and not just for the A320 CFM....... Database: I think GOSHOB made a nice and correct statement on this....... Regards, Rolf
  23. Yes I tried e.g. made a fresh installation of TOPCAT..... Now I can SEND the PFPX data to TOPCAT (if it is also previously open). But I am not able to connect the PFPX aircraft DB with TOPCAT e. g. I am not able to select a TOPCAT profile...... If I push EDIT to select one I always get the message that I need TOPCAT....... The whole thing e. g. cooperation between PFPX and TOPCAT is still a mess to me even that both programs are developped by the same people. TOPCAT is still sold even that it is outdated and not supported anymore There is only one Airbus (A320 CFM) available in its DB RWY DB is more than old and even that the correct actual data are available in PFPX those are not used (example EDDF 25L is now 25C) Regards, Rolf
  24. Sorry, but I cannot reproduce your problem....... even that I tried it - but after landing at LOWI I do not have such problems as described and also no one reported such a problem previously. It seems that the software got stuck at a certain point just before landing. The only suggestion I have is a complete new installation of the Airbus....... Regards, Rolf
  25. Hi, I really do not understand your problem. You are talking about the SETTINGS MCDU and its options which normally is opened using SHIFT+4? Which special settings you are talking about? Normally the first thing is to setup an ACFT STATE and you should start p.e. with TURNAROUND. After the state is loaded you then set the CHECKLIST and the COPILOT both to ON. I would suggest to set the option INFOBAR also to ON so you additionally get a message what to do next. To start the CL you can either use "1" on the keyboard or use the line select key next to the available checklist (marked in orange)....... But you should also have a look into the Step-by-Step Tutorial where all those necessary steps are well explained..... Regards, Rolf
