  1. I recognized one thing in the screenshots - FMA does not display TO/GA and another question: Is the Copilot function still ON to do all the necessary settings like GEAR UP and FLAPS? I cannot see it from the screenshots you provided...... Or what are you expecting after the announcement? Regards, Rolf

  5. Sorry do I understand you right that the loading of the predefined DEF ACFT STATE does not work if the ViewSystem is OFF? Normally both have nothing to do with each other.   7. I have no idea why especially this CL does not work using "1" and I am also not able to reproduce it....... If you use the flows to prior make your settings then you are right that the CL speed is unrealistic. But if you are marking the settings when the CL is running then I believe the timing is quite realistic.

  9. Because the A330 engines are much heavier than in the smaller models, the plane starts to move forward at IDLE thrust if it is not fully loaded. This is according to RL. For the A330 it is SOP to start with engine 1 first and after it is stabilized to start engine 2. GSX pushback works with the A330 perfect if it is enabled in the MCDU3 Ground Service Menu and if you follow this procedure as previously described. The cabin crew safety instructions are played when the TAXI CL is running e. g. after you reached 10 knots. Regarding the ViewFocus we also recognized this and are currently working on its fine tuning. Regards, Rolf
  10. The pictures are not from 100 feet but even before the ECAM Landing Memo appeared - which happens around 2.000 feet. At app. 1.000 feet all settings should be made - no blue items anymore. After that you can engage GA (using the CL and copilot). So please send me a screen shot of the cockpit at that moment e.g. you are below 1.000 feet RA and there are no blue items on the ECAM Landing Memo...... Regards, Rolf

  12. In the MCDU3 Options / Checklist / Hotkey disable the function....... I also use Chaseplane and the numeric keys - but not the ones from the main keyboard but just the one from the numeric pad...... Regards, Rolf
  13. To reproduce it please send us much more details p.e. a screenshot of the MCDU LOAD and FUEL menu before you are started the GSX boarding and cargo loading funtion. regards, Rolf
  14. When did you engage the GoAround? I just tested it and it worked without any problems. By the way the GA CH function should be initiated after the Landing CL has been completed....... If you still have problems please send us a screenshot of the cockpit just before engaging GA. Regards, Rolf
  15. Are there any other problems or it is just the MCDU3 which seems to have no power.....?
  16. Miquel, you set the TAKE-OFF STATE as DEF and when starting the A330 it does not work. Please tell us which state instead is loaded? We know that there are sometimes loading problems on certain systems and P3D setup. Normally those could be solved by just loading the state again - using the MCDU3 AIRCRAFT STATE menu. In your case just push LSK4L again. Does this solve the problem? Regards, Rolf
  17. What do you mean by "checklist sound"? Does this mean you do not hear any announcments / calls from the captain or the copilot after starting the CL? Maybe you should check the Checklist Volume Settings in the MCDU3! Regards, Rolf
  18. In the A31x/A32X busses there was no ViewFocus function available. Now we use the real time necessary to check or set. This is now moch more realistic then previously. But we will check this and maybe do some fine tuning...... If you use GSX PB the normal procedure is to release parking, start engine 1, after it is stabilized start engine 2 and set parking brakes when GSX asks you to do it. This works fine. Because we do not know which GSX procedure is used (the normal one like mentioned above or the one with de-icing after pushback) as there is no GSX variable available for that, we are not able to change the sequence in such a case. If you want to follow the GSX instructions (engine start after PB is completed) then set the parking brakes when GSX asks for it. Relase it again and start engine 1........ Did you see the resp. INFOBAR message message? Did you really finish the TAXI CL? Unfortunately I am not able to reproduce it and we had no such issues before.... Regards, Rolf

  21. The seatbelt switch has to be ON and the NOPED to AUTO. These settings we use as SOP in the CL. Of course there are other SOP's but we are not able to implement all but just one. To release and to set parking brakes you have to do yourself. - it is not a copilot function. The engines in the A330 are quite "strong" - even at IDLE - so if the plane is not heavy loaded, the plane starts to move at IDLE if the brakes are not set. Also which sequence you used to start the engines? In the A330 it is standard SOP to start with engine 1. Regards, Rolf

  25. Sorry but there is no possibility to switch between the GSX PB function and the Aerosoft A330 Checklist PB function when the CL is already running. If you want to use the GSX PB function you have to enable this prior to starting the CL in the MCDU3 GROUNDSERVICES menu. Otherwise the A330 Checklist PB function will be used. Regards, Rolf
