  1. I have no idea what could cause the CL automatically and completely to switch off during a flight. Are you using the CL INFOBAR - so you can see what has to be done next? Are all pages of the CL menu greyed out or are you just talking about the first page? The DESCENT PREPARATION CL is part of page 2 - so please use the MCDU arrow key pointing to the right to switch to the 2nd page...... Maybe this was the problem? Regards, Rolf
  2. Gary, please tell me first which pushback procedure you are using in connection with the CL and CP function? Are you using the internal MCDU3 or GSX pushback procedure? Also regarding the other issue you mentioned e.g. "joystick check after pushback has been completed" I have no idea what could cause those reactions. Maybe the reason are your P3D-controls assignments and / or joystick calibration. Try to reset all assignment values to default and newly calibrate your joystick....... Regards, Rolf

  4. I do not believe that the bulk cargo door will be added to the A320 series. But ss stated by Mathijs already all A333 doors will be operational e. g. can be opened and closed (see screenshor attached). The reason why GSX cannot use the bulk cargo door is quite simple: The A333 dimensions e. g. the distance between the bulk cargo and the aft cargo door are too narrow so that two GSX loaders cannot park on the right position in front of the doors at the same time. Therefore only the two main cargo doors will be used in the GSX A333 configuration. Regards, Rolf

  8. If you have no rudders but a 3-axis joystick then just turn the stick itself to the right and left. This how it works on my setup. The other option is in the CL menu to use "SKIP ITEM".

  11. Hi, regarding St. Elmos fire please use the search function of this forum and you will find a lot of entries...... But back to the subject of this thread: I looked through your screenshots (are those in the right sequence?) and recognized that only on one screenshot the cargo was different from the 4.40 on the others - but as well the pax number. When did you make this screenshot - during GSX-BOARDING or DEBOARDING ( because then it is clear to me as the numbers are going up or down during the process). I am now really confused what your real problem is because I see no issue with the subject of this thread "Cargo saving in flight". If there are other issues then please open a new thread with the right subject in the specific section of this forum. Regards, Rolf

  14. Hi Red, I would suggest to send us a screenshot of the MCDU3 LOAD AND FUEL menu before and after saving the flight. Then I can really see if the cargo got "lost"...... Regards, Rolf

  16. Hi Red, there should be in total 5 files and the one ending......fms is missing. This one contains the FMS data and is important. So something seems to be wrong with your installation....... Maybe you should uninstall (using the windows functionality) the Airbus, manually delete all remaining folders and files, restart Windows and then newly install the actual download version into the C:\User\YourName\Documents folder. Maybe this solves your problem. Regards, Rolf

  18. Hi Romano, sorry but I am not able to reproduce it. On my system the HOTKEYS = 1 and 2 are working as required. Are your caps maybe locked, are those maybe "blocked" by any of the other programs or check in P3D your key settings. Regards, Rolf
  19. The problem with using more than one bus is known and already solved. Will be fixed with the next experimental update. You can either use the MCDU3 functions for loading and fueling e.g. LSK1-4R or the functions using the GSX menu. If you use one of the possibilities automatically the other one is blocked. We do not suggest to use "Assistence services Auto Mode" because it is not yet tested. But you can currently try it on your own risk. In that case please let us know if it works as required on your system. Regards, Rolf
  20. Hi Red, OK, got your problem. But unfortunately I am not able to reproduce it. I just tried it and all went well e.g. after loading the saved flight again all the values are there and considered in the ECAM GW which is identical with the one stated in the MCDU3. Can you please retry and if the same happens again please give us more details like plane used and the loading method (e.g. using GSX, LSK2R or LSK4R etc. ) Regards, Rolf

Just one additional remark: As soon as you start the GSX-Boarding as well as the GSX-Fueling functions the internal MCDU3 functions (LSK1 and 2R, or LSK3R and as well as LSK4R) are automatically blocked e.g. you can either use the GSX or the internal MCDU3 functions. The reason for the delay of starting the fueling function (when using GSX) has been found and "repaired". It currently is tested by one of our beta-users. Regards, Rolf

Please give us some more details regarding the "PAX boarding" issue so we are able to try to reproduce it: Which Airbus type you are using Number of passengers to be boarded Which method you use for boarding: GSX, MCDU3 internal LSK1R or LSK4R (Load Instant) Were the numbers boarded (ACT) correct and just the status was wrong Rergards, Rolf
  25. Unfortunately I cannot reproduce the mentioned issue. If I load the plane in the TURNAROUND STATE all three fields on the right side of the MCDU LOAD- and FUEL menu are white. I then manually enter PAX, CARGO and FUEL (LSK1-3L) and the fields colour changes to orange. If I then start the loading process using LSK1-3R they all start green blinking until the ACT value is identical with numbers manually entered. The same happens if I use INIT LOADSHEET instead of manually entering the values. So please tell me what are you making different than described before...... Regards, Rolf
