PFC Jetliner console, column yoke & rudder pedals with three custom throttle quadrants | All of this is mounted on a false floor (that I designed) incorparating the "ButtKicker" transducer (this gives fantastic realistic vibration feedback which changes with whatever type of aircraft I'm flying. All this is topped off with the "TrackIR" head tracking device (Brilliant!)
I tend to fly aircraft that are fully compatible with the "Jetliner" gear i.e. the aircraft has to be using the FSX autopilot system and not the "special addon type". I like to fly short to medium flights (2-4 hrs). I like to stretch my little brain and fly as "realworld" within the limits of FSX, I use REX downloaded weather for all flights.
I am 51 years old and have work for BAE Systems in Saudia Arabia for the last 24 years, testing Tornado RB199 engines in a test facility.
I am married to "Lek"(from Thailand) and have four daughters and one stepson. We've been married for some 18 happy years.
I've had a clutch in a couple of real aircraft (but that was a long time ago.
Welcome to all...
