    1. Just to update, regarding EFB and weather, today I've received reply from Jonas in my most recent ticket:

    Negative. I'm not new to this topic and I use everything as it should be. This is why I'm surprised with this 'sudden' change as everything worked fine. I have all the sim related folders and files added to exceptions, they were all installed according to manuals, I always switch off AV before launching the sim, REX and IVAO Pilot. Additionally I switch UAC to "never notify" before launching anything related and sim itself. Do AS Busses have some log file which might indicate where the problem lies? Maybe sim log? Everything works well except weather in EFF and CPDLC, only these 2 are INOP.

    so it is not website related I think. It actually does not happen it persists for quite some time already. There You go, here is a screenshot:

    Moreover, today my ticket was closed again without any reply: https://helpdesk.aerosoft.com/hc/en-gb/requests/22176, so I've created new one: https://helpdesk.aerosoft.com/hc/en-gb/requests/24267 and I will continue to do so until it's solved. Before I created this thread everything ran well and smooth, so I don't really know what happened, whether it was some Win update or whatever. The case is - I'd like You to determine the cause(s) and propose solution please. I will provide logs or whichever files You need to provide support, but without any move from Your site other than closing unsolved tickets won't get us anywhere.

    Maybe... Let's hope it will be fixed.

    In the meantime I've also found out that in EFB - EFF page, searching for weather via airport code turns no result, just some red text (sorry I do not recall now what was it exactly - some sort of connection error). Nevertheless it also used to work and now it's not... I wonder whether it is connection issue that is related to CPDLC unresponsiveness or something different...

    It surely is a problem with connection itself - this is also confirmed by logfile in first post, but what causes it? I've got everything set 'as it should' be, there's nothing that might block the connection. That's why I ask for assistance, maybe there is someone who knows 'where to look' or what might be the probable cause...

    Just checked with Jeroen Hoppenbrouwers and everything is fine on Hoppie's site. Whichever ATC I tried it always logs the same thing as above (only ATC ID changes ofc), both IVAO and VATSIM. Could it be some connection issues - the log would confirm that:

    Hi,

    Yesteday I did a flight on IVAO with A330. Everything was great except CPDLC. Every time I try to connect to ATC, it displayed info that this station was not online despite it was (I even chatted with one and he said that he was able to communicate via CPDLC with other "pilots"). On last flight it was Gander, however later I've checked it on others (LFLL, EDMM, EGHH, EPWW) - the same issue. My Hoppie code in the .ini file is matching, on Hoppie network I've set it to IVAO, generally speaking everything is set up as it should including the fact that I followed steps from:

    I've tried to do some research on errors, but couldn't find anything specific. The only thing CPDLC related I've found is some kind of log from install location (Prepar3D v4 Aerosoft Airbus/Aerosoft A330 Professional/Data(. The file (CPDLC.txt) located there contains this kind of data:
