    Can not update Budapest 2007 scenery

    Hi,

    Please notice, the update exe is only for the Budapest version 1.00 and 1.01. If you have already installed the version 1.02, you don't have to installed this update.

    How I check the versions of Budapest?

    The version 1.00 and 1.01 have this folder..

    Your-FS9aerosoftBudapest

    and the version 1.02 this scenerie folder

    Your-FS9aerosoftBudapest 2007

    Please check this..did you see this folder "Your-FS9aerosoftBudapest" or this one "Your-FS9aerosoftBudapest 2007"

    Btw...first you will have select the correct fs-path. The installer is looking for the fs9.exe and not for the budapest-path directly.

    Hi,

    btw, in our support database you will find all update for the FSC 7.X CD version. If you have buy the FSC directly from the developer page, please try this page: http://www.fscommander.com

    Visited this page http://aerosoft-shop2.com/support.php to register the FSC...

    Select your language, use the flags :-)

    After you have login, you have to register the FlightSim Commander..Try the link "Do you want to register another product?"

    Select "FlightSim Commander 7" from the pull down-menue, choose "CD(Box) Version" and input the serial key of the cd. Now it's time to press the button "Continue". After this process is done, you should see "FlightSim Commander 7" in the pull down menue in the part "My products registration...".

    Now select the entry "FlightSim Commander 7"...

    Hallo,

    der Fehler liegt an einer falschen Anmeldung des Ordners "Balearen-MENORCA_FOTO".

    Bitte korrigieren Sie die Anmeldung des Verzeichnisses "Balearen-MENORCA_FOTO" in dem Sie die Sceneriebibliothek öffnen und den Eintrag "Balearen-MENORCA_FOTO" über den Button "Gebiet Bearbeiten" aktualisieren. Wählen Sie bitte das Verzeichnis "aerosoftBalearen-GibraltarMenorca_2004" aus und bestätigen Sie dieses...FS9 neustarte usw...

    Wie sieht nun das Ergebnis aus?

    PS: Den Installer stelle ich gerade in einer aktuelle Fassung auf dem Server.

    Hi,

    if you have change your email please send me (support@aerosoft.com)your old eMail-adress.

    Presently we have merge our two shops to one system.

    Maybe a merger problem...

    And I think, you should use the eMail and passwort which you have use during the order of SH-60.

    Hi,

    how will the installer find the fs9 (path)?

    First the installers check the registry...

    SOFTWAREMicrosoftMicrosoft GamesFlight Simulator9.0EXE Path

    In this string we will find the path to the fs9....

    Now the installers checks the "Exe Path"...the installers checks if the fs9.exe is exists in the "Exe Path" folder. If yes, this folder will be displayed in the dialog. If no, you will see an error message.

    But, try to choose the browse button to find the fs9 folder...select the fs9.exe.

    MyTraffic 2006 Patch?

    Hallo,

    das MyTraffic 2006 Service Pack 1 (Version 4.0 a) ist in der Support-Datenbank hinterlegt.

    Bitte gehen Sie so vor, um ein Produkt zu registieren:

    1) http://aerosoft-shop2.com/support.php?language=de

    2) Anmeldung mit Ihen Login/Passwort

    3) Wählen Sie nun den Link: "Möchten Sie ein weiteres Produkt registieren?"

    4) Im Pull-Down Menü das gewünschte Produkt/Addon auswählen z.N. MyTraffic

    5) Download oder CD(Box) Version auswählen (Radio-Button)

    6) Je nach Auswahl,

    Download Version: Serial number und eMail-Adresse eingeben

    CD(BOX) Version: Serialnumber eingeben

    7) Weiter-Button betätigen

    Im Erfolgsfall können Sie nun die Support-Einträge für MyTraffic über das Pull-Downmenü aufrufen.

    Falls nicht, mit welchen Daten (eMail und Serial-Number) versuchen Sie das Produkt/Addon freizuschalten?

    Hallo,

    das Scenery Germany 1 - Update 3.4 ist in der Support Datenbank aufgelistet.

    Allerdings ist es notwendig, das Produkt Scenery Germany 1 in der Support Datenbank zu registrieren.

    Ohne weitere Registrierung werden "nur" die frei verfügbaren Updates etc. angezeigt.
