  6. Hi, "The installer suddenly disappears without a message." Well, then the installation is incomplete. Thus, the Airbus itself and the uninstaller can not work properly.   7. Hi, to uninstall the "Uninstall_A330Prof.log" is needed. (F:\Addons\Uninstall_A330Prof.log) In your case this is missing. I suspect that the installer was not completely executed during installation. Sounds strange, but you can run the installer again. Please note the summary before copying AND make sure that the installer ends with a success message. If successful, the LOG file should have been generated. If not, then we need to manually clear the summary data to clear all data.

You will find the latest version (V1.30) at the Support-Page, too https://support.aerosoft.com AS_ANTARCTICA-X_FSX_P3D_FSXSTEAM.zip ....and using the config tool bug fix, too :-) AS_ANTARCTICA-X_P3D4_CONFIG-TOOL-FIX.zip (it's for FSX, FSX:SE and P3D)

  17. Hi, first, the A318-A319 Professional installer didn't use this folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information" for the uninstallation or the log file. If you got this message "ERROR: Missing uninstall log file" you are running the uninstall.exe and not the installer self. The uninstall-log file ia located as the select addon path. But I think you have already deleted this file or the addon path. So, I think you can install the latest version of A318-A319 Professional, V1.2.3.0 without deleting the other version before.

Hi, if you have this problem " ...after installation I don't get the finish and reboot screen" please use the latest installer from today AS_A318-A319-PROF_P3DV4.zip => AS_A318-A319-PROF_P3DV4_V1230.exe from 22th feb. 2019 (version is stil 1.2.3.0) I have update the zip-file at our shop-system (aerosoft) and at our support-page (https://support.aerosoft.com/pages/login) If this installer will be ok for you, I will updating the A320-A321 Prof too.

  21. Hi, the version 1.0.1.1 of "Bergamo professional" is up to date. But, we have replaced the installer because an incorrect version no of the setup exe. By this, the AS Updater getting an incorrect no too. You will find the fixed installer at simmarket too.....please donwload this file again: AS_BERGAMO-PROFESSIONAL_P3DV4.zip => AS_BERGAMO-PROFESSIONAL_P3DV4_V1011.exe (from 04.01.2019 - 09:57)
  22. Hi, Yes confirm, the installer is using the wrong version no. So, the AS-Updater xml file is getting the wrong version no, too. The installer will be updated in few minutes.
