mopperle's post in SBRJ (Santos Dumont) not in CRJv2 database? was marked as the answerThe minimum runway lenghth for the CRJ is per default 4500 ft. But the longest rwy at SBRJ is with 4341 ft too short. Thats the reason why you can not choose it in the CRJ FMC.
So it is not an error of the CRJ or the navdatabase.

- = service can not be requested
O = service can be requested
X = Service active
R = requested, has to wait until another service has been finished
M = Vehicle moving, service active
A = Vehicle in position, service active
D = done
Just edited it to make it more clear
