Hi,
Carenado has its own Datarefs wich need to be addressed.
The best is to ask them what are the Datarefs pertaining to the addon you are using.
Best regards. -

Hallo,
Wir empfehlen Ihnen ein Modell, das diev für MSFS 2024 erforderlichen Spezifikationen erfüllt.
Also ein Gerät, das höher ist als :
Ryzen 5 1500X / Intel i5-8400
Radeon RX 590 / NVIDIA GTX 970
32 GB RAM
Hi,
Sorry for the late answer.
Can you please try the FSUIPC offets Throttle1 Axis Set Ex1" (67103) and "Throttle2 Axis Set Ex1" (67110) ?
I will not be able to make hands-on test until Friday myself however. -

Hi,
Please make yourself familiar with the forum structure.
This is the hardware section where you have less chance to get advice on software matter.
Please repost in the appropriate section.
Thank you.

Hi,
You also opened a support ticket (#27231) with the very same question.
It had been answered :
Can you please apply this basic test tutorial and check if you get the same results ?https://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/topic/176875-octavi-ifr-1-setup-with-msfs-default-c172/
I will now close this post so that we can consistently carry on via the support system.

Hi,
I will work on that tomorrow.
There may be some unusual FSUIPC offsets linking to the THROTTLE 1/2 AXIS.
also there is a method to address Lvars with FSUIPC. I need to look for it.
Have a good evening.

Hi,
Do not use the MSFS default THROTTLE 1 AXIS (0 TO100%) and THROTTLE 2 AXIS (0 TO100%).
Do not use FSUIPC either as it offsets to the default MSFS assignments
Instead use THROTTLE 1 AXIS and
THROTTLE 2 AXIS and make the assignments via the MSFS Controls settings. The CRJ uses Lvars and therefore doesn't have it's own FSUIPC offsets.

Hi,
- How did you assign the throttle axes in P3D ?
- Are you sure no axis from another device (joystick for instance) us still assigned to the throttle?
- please try also to temporarily remove FSUIPC. Just cut-paste the module folder somewhere else and restart the sim.
-
Where did you buy this unit from please ?
-
Hi,
Currently the MSFS driver has no user interface (Configurator) and is only intended to manage the lights.
You can therefore not load any profile.
-
It seems then that the unit is defective.
If you bought it from Aerosoft less that 2 years ago, please open a support ticket here :

Hi,
Please first test the unit from a basic electrical standpoint according to this procedure :
-
Hi,
Not quite sure to understand what the issue is.
Please try using deepl.com instead of Google.
Thank you.
-
Just check the response of the throttle in the Windows joystick utility.
The markers on the screen should smoothly follow your action on the levers.
If they don't, the hardware may be faulty indeed.
-
Difficult to understand what you mean.
Is there a hardware involved somehow and if yes, wich one and how is it interfaced/assigned in the sim ?
Also, for the axes with the CRJ, avoid FSUIPC.
The assignments in the sim are the best option.
-
I don't think it is scrolling acceleration related.
I don't remember this with a generic HID encoder device interfaced via Axis&Ohs.
I will make some tests however.
As for disabling the effect with the mouse, it isn't possible (yet).
-
Indeed, these are the correct Lvars.
But is the mouse acceleration somehow impacting this hardware setup ?

Do you mean the in the Windows joystick utility the response of the knob is correct but not in the simulator ?
