  1. I'm unable to use the MSFS Embraer 170/175 as Aerosoft One recognises my purchase but fails to authenticate it.
I have disabled my Windows 11 AV as suggested, but this makes no difference. I have several other Aerosoft One MSFS purchases which work when bought - apart from this one.
After several install attempts and a system reboot the product refuses to allow me to use it. As you have sucessfully taken my payment I would assume it's not a server issue?
There is no option for a purchased product download outside the AerosoftOne app using my account download section.

Any ideas what I do next?

    Thanks, Gary

  2. Thank you Marcel and Snave. It narrows it down when I know it's a standard FSX function used for trim. Having tried various tweaks with my Saitek X52, I was thinking on the same track as Snave suggested looking to see if a helicopter force trim was somehow causing the issue. Pleased to say it has been solved with nothing more than a fresh boot of the PC.

Thanks for the feedback and sorry to have wasted your valuable time, Obviously can't see the wood for the trees...

  3. If sorry to report the trim issue with FSUIPC is not cleared here with the Trisager solution. I can move the trim up and down, but once the trim is moved to any new position it returns itself to 2 lights up from the bottom position on the indicator. No difference whether the joystick or the console switch is used to retrim. Other than that major bug I love this addon!!

  4. I've just recently purchased the full registered FSUIPC and now find my Airbus X will not advance thrust for takeoff. From the previous posts I have read, am I right in saying I have to remove the FSUIPC module to get the throttles to work? I've tried calibration and restart, but the only fix I have found so far is to remove the FSUIPC module from the FSX folder. Thanks for any advice here.

Latest FSUIPC and Airbus X v1.22, Win 7-64.

  5. Hi,

to summarize my statement in the german thread for non-german speakers (I try to do this very short - and btw I'm not an Aerosoft official... ;) ):

The development of Munich is definitly delayed - very delayed - and it will be ready much later than firstly announced by Aerosoft, the publisher.

This have some reasons of course. For example colleagues like Thomas (the designer) are in my eyes artists, not workers.

If you see what level of scenery design we reach nowadays (like Orbx, sim-wings, German Airports, Flytampa, FSDreamteam, Vouchez Flightscenery and others) I would have never expect to see this in my old days with my old FS... ;)

But they have a real life beside their FS-work and if they decide to enhance their art with a special feature, they will do so.

On the other side we - the customers - always want a new "best of". All new addons have to push the limit a little bit higher. We compare all works from different sources with each other and if someone isn't able to reach a special feature from another colleague, we well read this only a view moments later in forums - proudly presented by... ;)

I'm frightened and very disappointed how some things were discussed in other forums.

Especially in some german speaking forums my screenshots and the reason for showing them in early stages seems to be interpreted in a wrong way. So I described in my thread why I made this screenshotstories for my colleagues. I like to show the improvements during the development, to show what's possible with a very good outfitted FS and - of course - I was very proud to see your comments.

But if my screens leads to some statements like "I won't buy the scenery..." or "I'm very disappointed only to see screens for months..." then it's better to review my work.

That's only a very short conclusion. Maybe some conclusions I wrote above I must explain with more details. But that's too much for my coffee break now. ;)

I decided to stop the screenshots and/or reduce them. I'm in contact with every colleague and we'll concentrate to show new screens only if the releasedate is definitly set in a very near future. The german thread is closed until we are earlier to the release.

Please don't use this thread now to continue the dispute. I only want to give a short comment because of the link one statement above.

    Ciao,

    Rainer.

  6. Agreed - the logbook entry should be optional to record your flight - I've a list of non-flights, where I was trying an aircraft system or weather effect but not taking off. (And they do add up!!!) Oh! and can deleting an entry not cause the sim not to start :)

    Aircraft Selection

I would like to see 4 selections i.e.

    Boeing > 737 > 700 > easyJet

    Airbus > A320 > CFM > Lufthansa

    Cessna > 172 > Floatplane > operator

    Piper > PA-28 > Archer > operator

To me it would make selection much cleaner - drop down lists fine with me, I hate the FSX selection with big menu pictures, and I have no need to select Single Engine Prop etc.. I know whether I want to fly a Cessna or Piper before I start, more specifically I would then choose a Cessna 172, 182, 206 etc. The manufacturer of the sim product ie. Aerosoft, Carenado etc again not to me so important.

    Thanks

    Gary

  7. Same here - please note, I've only done one water landing and one runway landing as the real world gets in the way of proper fun things, but I saw the post and have responded. Using Surround 7.1 - and Vista 32.

Having bought the CAT and installed it on Vista, I've only just see the advice not to!!! :-O

Can I just add to everyone else's comments, but this is a superb add-on. I love the feel and look of this addon - all I need is the smell of an oily rag to breathe the fumes from and it's complete!!

ps. the author of this post does not actually endorse inhaling carcenogenic oil vapours from old rags....

  8. Thanks for a wonderful addon for FSX - I've made the T-Ott my aircraft of choice - a fantastic piece of work, which is worth every cent.

Unfortunately I have a problem with the DHC6 when using the GPS option. I have been getting a total computer shutdown using the GPS to go direct EGPH to XSTR (Strathallan). Every time I arrive at the EGPH runway, my computer system shuts down totally. I get no crash when using the analogue version. The crash is repeatable every time.

I'm using Vista32, FSX SP2, Nvidia XTX1950, and Aerosoft DHC-6 with both updates installed. EGPH uses UK2000 extreme scenery, and XSTR uses Scotflight scenery.

Thanks for any advice / help you can offer.

    Cheers

    Gary
