  1. Hi Aerosoft team, Just wondering, would you consider doing a 'Development Update' every once and a while? Similar to what asobo did. I understand you can't talk openly in the forum but it would still be great to keep a bit of communication going. It feels like this has gone from the most open development to the most secret. Perhaps a carefully constructed 'newsletter' or something? Just an idea..... 😁

  6. The ASupdater is a small tool, which provide updates for Addons published by Aerosoft. Also Sim-wings Addons will provide Updates via the Asupdater. Older Addon may not available in the ASupdater, because they where created before the ASUpdater was available. Only MSFS Addons you buy via the MS Ingame Marketplace can only be updated via the Marketplace when MS makes them available.

  7. Hi, Many thanks for your answer. In the meanwhile I tried it out of curiosity on another flight. I changed the arrival procedure during CRZ and I could change Vapp as expected. So I could not reproduce the behavior. When it happened the last time there was no chance to enter any value there - the button was simply not reacting. So I assume, that under certain conditions there is a small bug, which blocks the input. And as you said, it is really seldom, that you correct the value. For the gust estimation - I am not sure, if Aerosoft has implemented that feature you described That's

  8. Steve, sometimes shit happens. I recently got a small package from my Company. It took 7 days from Provo (Utah) to Memphis, another 5 days to Newark, another 7 days to Amsterdam and then only 3 days to my hometown In Germany. Finally over 3 weeks.

  10. I don't know - the product works and is what it is. We paid once for it - why should we expect updates, for me at least, 8 years down the track? Granted, exporting to some platforms would be good.

  12. What a disgrace from these developers. This update is useless and didn't even add official support for MSFS. The lack of communication with their customers is an absolute shame. What is so difficult about giving us some sort of news so that we know if there's a future road map or not. Oh well, I give up. Doesn't seem like they care at all.

  14. I like MSFS, it's a good game and fun and I'm working on supporting it with freeware. However, for a more complete simulator experience I'm still very much using P3D V5.x (and XP) and will continue to do so but unlikely to purchase ANY Aerosoft products based on some of the comments I've read on the Aerosoft management side. MSFS is a moving target. P3D is a moving target. XP is a moving target ... that's how we get better products, they evolve and grow this is a "normal" development cycle. I understand that Aerosoft are concerned about "moving targets" but you've already co

  16. I can guarantee with zero doubts that you're part of a vastly overwhelmed minority, so you may want not to cite "many, many," because it's actually "few, few" comparatively. I thought it was clear by this point of the discussion that numbers do your argument no favor. Incidentally, MSFS is a very serious platform, and Microsoft and Asobo are a lot more serious than LM in both evolving it and creating a thriving business environment for third-party developers. This is clearly shown by the resources that they're pouring into the simulator, which LM can't even come close to match. Th
