    Hallo, Ich habe es nicht an dir große Glocke gehängt, aber hier und da habe ich bereits Hinweise fallen lassen, dass nach längerer Wartezeit, nun endlich eine aktuelle HD Mesh Scenery v4 in der Entstehung ist. Damit wird die HD Mesh endlich auf den aktuellen, XP11 Stand gehoben und wird damit ein richtiger (ohne Abstriche) Ersatz für die Default Scenery. D.h., das neue Feature mit den "hohen Gebäuden" ist jetzt auch hier mit dabei, und wie immer natürlich die deutlich erhöhte Mesh-Auflösung (was nicht nur dem Höhenmodell gut tut, sondern ganz besonders auch der genaueren Abbildung der hochauflösenden Landclass-Daten). Die Scenery ist technisch bereits "fertig", aber aktuell noch in der Test-Phase. je nach dem was dabei noch auftaucht, bzw. wie meine Zeit es erlaubt ... wird das Release irgendwo in den kommenden 2-6 Wochen liegen. Die Abdeckung wird vergleichbar mit der von HD Mesh Scenery v3 ... allerdings hier und da leicht erweitert (angepasst an 10x10 Blockgrenzen etc.). Wichtiger Hinweis: Das neue HD Mesh Scenery V4 wird leider NICHT mit X-Plane 10 kompatibel sein. Es ist nur für X-Plane 11 verwendbar. Hier ein paar Vorschaubilder:

    I can't believe some people sarcasm here towards developers. 1st I'm enjoying the CRJ7 have not tried the 9 yet it does have issues as far as LNAV specially when you enter a STAR seems it breaks the LNAV. What I've done is go to FMS and click DIR/TO nwp and it seems to correct itself. Also have not been able to follow the LOC/GS but since I like doing things as real as it gets I fly manually the approach. With all that said and people complaining this aircraft and comparing to PMDG, remember this PMDG is 3 times the price and you have to pay for a new license when moving from FSX to P3D. PS: Where can you go on a vacation for $50 gee that's just to fill the gas tank up.

    Tag 31 - November/01/2017 Flugzeug: Cirrus SR20 - Kennung: D-ESRT - Ort: Singapur - Sim: X-Plane 11 Flugzeit: 3 Std 40 min. Strecke: 552 nm (Gesamtstrecke: 8079 nm - Gesamtflugzeit: 58 Std 23 Min) Phuket - Singapur Heute bin ich mal am Tag um ca. 12:05 lcl von Phuket nach Singapur losgeflogen. Die Sichtweite war allerdings immer noch nicht gut. Ich bin an der Westküste von Malaysia entlanggeflogen... Angekommen bin ich ca. 16:45 lcl Singapur. Das sind ca. 3 Std 40 min Flugzeit. Singapur ist eine Std weiter als Phuket. Landen konnte ich auf der 02L in Singapur WSSS. Unterwegs gab es leider wegen der schlechten Sicht (Dunst oder Wolken) nicht viel zu sehen. Phuket ... Rwy 09 Phuket Blick durch das Rückfenster... man sollte Phuket noch sehen .... Steigen Richtung Singapur Nach 3 1/2 Std Flug: Singapur kommt in Sicht... Singapur. Anflug auf die 02L Runway 02L Singapur WSSS. Landung .... Abrollen Richtung Parkplatz. Es war ein relativ einfacher Flug mit ein wenig Rückenwind. Jetzt schaue ich mir Singapur an Gruß heinz

    My friend, I understand that perceptions are that there are full time developers working in the flight sim addon world, but the reality is there aren't very many of them. I know of less than six flight sim addon developers (the ones the actually write the code) who are full time, and this goes for some of the biggest titles in our community. For developers to produce the level of work we are accustomed to on a full time basis third party addon aircraft would cost about $500 to $600 if not more - and that is no exaggeration. This is how it is in flight sim, and since it keeps our prices low its not a bad thing. That said, Hans has been working on the CRJ even while he has been away, though he can't work as productively as he could at home, and he is not able to compile a new download until he is home. That is an honest answer, and in other posts I've shown where other aircraft addons have gone through the same post release issues as the CRJ. Digital Aviation (who produces the CRJ, not Aerosoft) and those of us at Aerosoft have remained committed to resolving issues our customers have had. We appreciate your patience, understanding and civility. Best wishes.

    Tag 24 - Oktober/25/2017 Flugzeug: Cirrus SR20 - Kennung: D-ESRT - Ort: Port Blair VOPB - Sim: X-Plane 11 Flugzeit: 5 Std 00 min. Strecke: 710 nm (Gesamtstrecke: 7132 nm - Gesamtflugzeit: 52 Std 10 Min) Port Blair - Terminal Um 12:00 lcl Kalkutta bin ich aufgebrochen nach Port Blair. Port Blair liegt auf der Inselgruppe Andamanen / Nikobaren. Das ist immer noch Indien. Der Flug hat 5 Std gedauert. Leider war in Kalkutta immer noch dichter Nebel. Von dem schönen Flussdelta an der Küste (Golf von Bengalen) war nichts zu erkennen. Nur auf dem Garmin Terrain Display konnte man es sehen.... Ein paar Bilder habe ich aber trotzdem gemacht. Um 17:00 lcl Port Blair bin ich dort angekommen. Es wurde zwar schon schummrig (dunkel), aber der Nebel war wesentlich weniger. So konnte ich doch ein paar Bilder vom Anflug machen. Start Kalkutta: Nebel... Das Delta (siehe Garmin Display ) Port Blair 17:00 lcl Anflug auf die 04. Die Landebahn ist ganz schön gebogen. GA Parkplatz. Auf dem Weg zum Terminal. Flugplan schließen und sehen, ob es ein Restaurant gibt... Da hinten (Bildmitte) muss meine kleine Cirrus SR20 stehen Und hier noch mein Gesamt Plan für die vierte Etappe nach Hong Kong. Gruß Heinz

Sun reflecting off the fuselage On course for Aurangabad Cockpit bathed in the setting sunlight Sun dropping lower... And lower... And gone! Light fading... Last glimmering... Aurangabad runway in sight Lined up - PAPI lights correct Aurangabad is known for three things: The 17th-century marble Bibi ka Maqbara shrine, styled on the Taj Mahal (The real Taj has fountains at this viewpoint) and Akai Pol - a medieval Daulatabad Fort and most impressive of all: Rock-cut Buddhist shrines More shrines cut out of the mountainside and for contrast.... AUDI assembly factory! Today's Two Flights: VABB (Mumbai) to VANR (Nasik Road) to VAAU (Aurangabad)

    Thursday 12 October - Aden (Saudi Arabia) Left bright and early again because I got a tip that we should check out Oman's secret tourist spot - a place called Salalah. Leaving Aden. Another X-Plane airport without buildings - I really must find the time to download some freeware airports - there is so much freeware available it is mind blowing. Above the Yemen mountains just before Riyan. This desert-mountain topography is quite deceptive. I had to check the map three times before I was comfortable with my chosen altitude of 6000ft. It sure looks like we were about to fly into a mountain range... Al Riyan Monument We had plenty of fuel so I decided not to land as I was keen to get on to Salahlah. Crossing the coast - Al Jaidah on the left Al Jaidah Through a gap in the mountains just before Salahlah OOSA Salahlah airport (Oman) in sight. Salahlah Just look at the colour of that water... Hidden beach at Salahlah The tourist beach Long beaches at Salalah Ayn-khor-khareef waterfall - not exactly what I would have expected on Oman! Today's route: OYAA (Aden, Yemen) to OOSA (Salahlah, Oman)

    7th October - Mykonos I sure would have liked to stay, but we need to push on to be in Port Said (Beginning of the Suez canal) today. No flying tomorrow - it being Sunday. Lifting off past the runway Leaving Mykonos behind. We will climb to 5000ft and go directly to Port Said. Approaching the island of Amorgos Pity we couldn't stop over on Amorgos Passing over Astypalaia Astypalaia - amazingly similar greek architecture Crossing Karpathos. That's the last of the greek islands - from now on it's just the boring Mediterranean sea. Very tempted to turn back to Karpathos and enjoy a quick swim. Doesn't that water look fabulous? After a very boring dreary few hours, finally we sighted the Egyptian coastline in the haze. HEPS - Port Said runway spotted Port Said Airport Port Said. Gotta go exploring here...     So it is almost 3 months now since the release and after a pretty disapointing experience at the beginning I took the CRJ out for a few flights today. And yeah what shall I say I feel like an unpaid beta tester again. So I flew a few circuits at EDDP, tried a short hop between EDDP and EDDM and flew from EDDM to LUKK. Some things I encountered during the three flights (ok it was more like 2.3 flights but more on that later): CTDs I had 2 CTD during normal operations. One as during preflight in the FMC and the other literally when I said "hey, this thing is fun" during the EDDP-EDDM flight at climbout when I tried to change the map range. My P3DV4 is rock solid with all other planes. Yes I can abuse it and then i might CTD but never during normal operations. VNAV advisory On the BUSE6E STAR into LUKK there is an ARC. Which seems to throw off the VNAV. I had two TOD points and when I approach the first one, the snowflake jumped from top to bottom. But that was not so bad because that TOD was way to close to the Airport when following the programmed route so I calculared that 5000ft per minute for the .74/290/250 decent would not be enough to reach the 2500 ft that were the first alt constraint. The ILS stall This one is completly unaccaptable by ANY standards. During the ILS approach in LUKK with a stable 160 kts and flaps 30 shortly before intercepting the GS (while in FMC1 (blue) mode but later switched to NAV1 (green)), the AP decided it would be a good idea to kill everybody on board by rasing the nose to 20 degree up and let the plane stall. The only thing to safe the situation was to apply max power and take over. Brake Temp "0" After landing and applying quite some brake the temp reading was 0 on all brakes. So how long was this thing tested again? I observed all of this during three flights. But one good news: During a long leg the plane stayed on course. Wow. I expect Aerosoft to not follow its reputation and fix this bird ASAP. This in not the "pay for bugfix" and "pay for something that should have been in a service pack in the first place" Airbus again.

    When you sell a product for as much as did, a business trip is not going to be a sufficient answer. I personally could care less what other people think here. You pushed out a broken product and I personally think this is BS. How can I get a refund on this 6+ year epic failure?

    I am not here to fund anything. I exchanged 50 Euros for a working product. And clearly one party has not delivered. And as Aerosoft has recieved my 50 Euros it is not me!

    Couldn't of said it better. If he really wanted to make this right, he should refund the people who have spent their $50 for a broken product. (Or make it freeware). Then I feel like my $50 didn't go and fund his vacations.
