Dear All, This month i have begun training as a military ATC'er and i have turned to GATC which turns out to be a fantastic training aid to help practice procedures in a system similar to our own simulators. I have figured out how to create aircraft with different characteristics and implement them into any airport I wish, however to really help me i need to edit an airport/map. For training we use a real, but disused airfield not included in GATC so I ask three questions. 1. Can an airfield be created from scratch onto which i can upload nav beacons? bearing in mind I have the Lat/Long so I assume the terrain and nav beacons can be taken…

I need your help, please: I have just updated GATC Airac data from the shipped 1309 to the latest version 1701 (NavDataPro). Now I find some airports turn out as being partly unplayable. For example Chicago O'Hare (KORD): There are no more SIDs to clear starting planes to. Well almost, as there is one SID for all, called "ORD2", that is in fact "ORD". So in order to handle starting planes over, they have to fly right to the airport they started from after the start.... that's strange isn't it? This is for every starting plane. String non procedural waypoints Meaning to have aircraft fly to specific waypoints not in procedure but sequential, like DCT WP2, DCT WP4, DCT WPT 7 etc.. , reorder strips, By dragging callsign over strip board procedural references, To know which is which abort command A! Hey Guys, I bought Global ATC today. I tried to install the game a few times but after 1/3 in i got the error message (see screenshot). I did not find anything in the Forum... My Pc spects: Intel i7-4700MQ, 8 Gb Ram, Nvidia Gforce GTX 750M 2 Gb GDDR5, Win 10/64 home My Hardware shouldn't be the Problem I think. Hope there is someone who can help me. Thanks

I bought the game a couple of days ago and I am loving it! I've been after something like this for a while and really appreciate the number of airports and procedures. Having played the game with the database it shipped with, I wanted to make a few changes - a possibility that was a major factor in my purchase. While the database of airline equipment is very good, I wanted to make it more suitable for the airports I wanted to work with. For example, I was playing Heathrow (EGLL) and I noticed that I was getting very few BAW aircraft (relatively speaking of course). My 'step back' dosent work !

Hey, So I tried connecting to a Multiplayer session with my Friend on GATC and it wasn't working. When ever I clicked the 'connect' button for the join multiplayer session nothing happened. It would freeze for a second and then return back to the join multiplayer session tab with nothing happening. I have downloaded Hamachi and so has my Friend. Please could someone help. Thank You.

High, after a longer break, I installed GATC, new, on my WIN10/64 machine. When starting the simulation, I get the message: "Activation failed. GATC will terminate in xx s." Hello everyone, just a quick question, to which I wasn't able to find answer looking through this forum. Can I adjust the flight level at which airplanes spawn? I looked through all the nav data files and couldn't find anything that could change that. Problem is, when I play at UUDD Moscow Domodedovo airport planes spawn too close and too low to the airfield. It's a bummer, makes the situation less realistic. Can I do anything about that? Hey guys, I updated the airlines by myself, deleted all given airlines and created realistic traffic with the correct callsigns, suitable aircraft types and served airports. I started some sessions at EDDL and EDDF. All arriving aircrafts land normally on the runway but they don't disappear afterwards which leads to a crash on the runway with the next arrival and I don't know why. Maybe someone of you knows what to do

Hello again my friends, I love to play the Rush Hour mode but after one or two hours I often have the "System.OutOfMemoryException" error. The problem is that my computer has 8GB RAM and minimum requirements for this game are 2GB. Does somebody have an idea to solve this problem? Best Regards, Simon

This has probably been answered, I am unable to find the post if it has been. How do you create airspace? I will not be able to find airspace and sectors for the airspace that I work. Also, is there a way to turn multiple airports on? Thanks in advance.

I really enjoy this simulator. One question for you, however. When I try to drag cursor from plane location to the departure navaid (or waypoint), some of them are so close together, they text overlaps. I have to wait until the plane is close enough such that I can zoom and see both the plane's location and navaid in order to drag from one to the other. Is there a way around this? I've tried working with font size, but still the text overlaps. I tried to find this issue on the forum but couldn't. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!! Overlapping Waypoints.docx

Hey guys, I bought Global ATC yesterday. I must admit thats a smart simulator. I simply want to know if anyone is going to improve it with more realism and new features. I had an excursion last summer to Langen where german ATCs be trained. We made a ATC simulation for EDDM with all controller station. Some of us also operated the incoming aircrafts. While keeping that in mind my question is, if someone is developing the Global ATC Simulator further to get more realism? Hi I am trying to start multiplayer session with my friend via Hamachi but somehow it is not starting properly. While I have started sessions and started game my firend wont get the atc window open. It says that when he tries to connect, there will be text saying "Connected. Wait for session start.". Does anyone know where the problem might be?

Hello, I had this problem very often in the last month: There is the message: aircraft xx and xx collided but there was neither a warning before nor the callsigns were available before. I just started playing today, and am enjoying it so far, but I ran into a couple of problems that I thought I'd report. I don't know if the two are related. First, I ended up with 4 aircraft misdirected and as a result they all ended up with fuel emergencies, very far from the airport. I tried to redirect them with manual commands. The waypoint lines showed up on the screen, and the planes initially changed direction. However, after a time, they began showing negative altitude, low speed (130-150), and no longer responded to heading, speed or altitude change requests. Hello all, I have a problem with the demo version that I want try.... When I launch the EXE file I can correctly login but when program start the error reported in the attachment is displayed, then when I click on continue, the warning window disappear and nothing succeed....
