Amazing Route. But there are some errors in Quick Drive. The speed limit is not true in some parts of the track with no info on it and track selection without any good reason and info. Is there any update for this route and others, and where can I find those in this case? M.V.H. Lasse J.

I wanted to install the add-on BR03 of Romantic Railroads on my computer from the DVD, but the installer says I am the number of installations have over stepped, I should contact for this Aerosoft or Just Trains on to reset the product number ?

Just wondering as to where the developer announced update to the Moseltal Koblenz-Trier is? It was stated that version 1.02 was submitted by the developer to Aerosoft several weeks ago. This update was to include several improvements regarding performance and other fixes - which is desperately needed as the route crashes a lot. So, what's the ETA for this much needed update? I bought Berlin Wittenburg in the recent Steam sale and found out you had additional scenarios, I have gone to this webpage (http://support.aerosoft.com/support.php?) and selected Berlin Wittenburg and there is a link to download the Scenarios. However, once downloaded the installer asks me for a serial key or for an email address. I have tried my email address to no avail and I don't have a Serial key. Is there any other way to get the scenarios or could a fix for the installer be issued, please? Thanks

Hey, i have bought the BR 424 EMU yesterday. Wonderful Train but my Cockpit textures are out of focus. All textures are working good except from those at the cockpit. How to fix this? Where can I get support for Berlin- Wittenberg? It is not yet listed in the support forum. I have installed it but get a error message saying "something bad has happened to your program" when trying to run.

Hi I've bought the Koeblitzer Mountain Route from the download shop, but I've one problem (quite a big one). I can't use the silberlinge coaches in mint livery included since they start making a very very loud rolling noise at some speed (40 kmh usually). It is very annoying. If I keep the EFX audio activated the problem is less evident, still present (even with the train stationary), but less evident. But as soon as I close the scenario and come back to the main menu, here it comes that sound, more loud than ever. I must close the game if I want to make it stop. How can I solve this? I paid 25€ for that! And I can't even have my money back! Furthermore that route really…

Hello, I bought Cologne dusseldorf from aerosoft for railworks 2013 and in the rollmaterial content it specifies that Sgss-y wagons are included. I can see sgss wagons but not sgss-y, can you please tell me what is wrong as I want to play some user made scenarios and can't because these coaches are missing. Thank you. Regards

Railworks 2013 added a new user interface, which is a big benefit to start the ride much faster. Some older Addons still require them Package Manager to become installed and added to Railworks. This Package Manager hase been moved removed of the start screen and could be found as standalone .exe in the Railworks folder. This .exe, called Utilities.exe and could be found at that sample link as you find below (Make sure this link could be diffrent on your computer, untill the /Steam/...).
