yep, as the title says, in WoS 2, I do all the procedure for running a schedule, but when I try to put in the destination in the little popup window by using my mouse, it don`t wanna do it for me, do any of you guys know what I need to do? Hello I installed WOS3 and the activation key was accepted and activated. When I start wos a message pops up "Activation check failed" This is a new unused copy of wos3 so has not been previously activated. Any ideas please thanks John

Hi I Brought the London Underground sim a few days ago but it will not activate , i used the code in my account but nothing , i have even sent two support requests but the only reply i got back was some of my info was wrong ... yes i know ... its something to do with the code and the code i gave the support chap was the same code i have in my account. i have still not beable to play this game and i now feel i have wasted money on this now as im not getting much help ref this problem . I have Ordered WOS3 3 days ago but nothing has happened. Usually you order a product and go to checkout, Pay and then get a download link. I can't work out why on earth it should take so long under any circumstances

I was offered an update in aeroSOFT launcher. The update v1.3 downloaded and apparently installed. But afterwards the AS Updater v1.00 showed the update had failed! I selected it again, but the same thing happened. How can I fix this so the update installs? Thanks Nigel

Help! I needed to reinstall my WoS vol 1 software onto a different machine but am now getting a 500 error when clicking on the link that opens the activation page. I can't put in my serial number, so I can't activate on the new machine. Anyone else have this issue?

Hello, I have London Underground Simulator installed previously on a different PC. I have now got a new PC, but I have lost the box with the serial code I only have the disk. I activated it previously on the other PC is there anyway I can get it on my new one. Regards, Ryan

Hello, Two days ago, I've buy this game because I fell in Love of London City and especially of the Metroliners. After buying this game I play and I found the ambiance of the Tube, the graphisms and the reproductions of the stations is INCREDIBLE, really, of this point of view Aerosoft has done a very, very good job. BUT, this pleasure is very short because this game is unplayable. The character has spasms and convulsing, he don't walk on the stairs but in the air, then he fall under the decors or sometimes it's impossible to climb in the train and the character fall between the plateform and the train in a very long fall under the decors. Hello, Sorry if this has been mentioned before but I cannot get in to read other posts. The forum keeps telling me I don't have permission. Anyways, my problem is at the main menu screen, everything is working fine, I can change settings, mouse is working but as soon as I load a simulation - it lags something chronic, I can barely move the mouse, none of the controls work. If I can get back to the main menu again, it all works fine again. I'm so disappointed. Does anyone know a fix for this. Win 8.1 i7, 2gb graphics card. Thanks in advance
