Hello I've purchased and installed the E-Jets 170/175 and 190/195 packages for MSFS 2020 and they are not available in the sim. I've installed all of the dependencies and the Aerosoft One app says that they are installed but they don't show in the list of A/C in the sim. Any ideas? Thanks

I purchased FDC Live Cockpit 2011 a few years ago for my FSX software simulator. I now have MSFS 2020. I installed my verizon of FDC to run into MSFS 2020 and now it is giving me a error message ""FS MUST be Running BEFORE Connecting Flightdeck Companion". I have followed the same procedures as before. Also, the The Main Screen will not turn green to show that FDC is Connected to MSFS 2020.

In MSFS 2020 it says - myusername#7700 In Xbox website it says - myusername7700 I'm not sure whether to add the # or remove it or which is the right format to use so my previous purchases are ported in once I activate it Also I originally purchased MSFS 2020 via steam, will my previous purchases port in to the Microsoft Store Version?

Hi! I recently purchased the boxed Edition of msfs. When i got to DVD 4 the installation process stopped. And the installed files were deleted. Then i tried to copy each DVD to an external SSD. Everything went fine except DVD 4. When i checked the DVD there was i TINY scratch on it. thats the fault i guess... I googled and come up with an answer that it should be possible to download the digital version from MS store, but when i try with instructions i´ve been given MS Store Looks for apps on HD but dont find msfs because the installer dele those files copyed! i dont know what to do now. Bravo set up for single engine (MSFS PC) - throttle 2 axis - appears as a white only box (no assignment) with reverse checked; throttle 1 decrease white box no assignment; neither of these will clear and remain lit up with no assignment. Throttle 1 L axis x is showing in box - white bar shows full throttle and does not move with throttle 1 lever movement. ow do I get throttle 1 to operate?

Hello, In August 2020 I bought the premium version of MSFS on DVDs from Aerosoft. The code supplied with the DVDs enabled activation in the MSStore. In 2021 I changed the PC and the transfer via the redeem option caused no problems. A few days ago, due to errors, I completely deleted MSFS (uninstall in apps) and now I can no longer make it appear in the MSStore. All the "redeem" attempts have failed. I contacted MSFS and Microsoft supports and in both cases the answer was to contact Aerosoft. I've been doing this for over a week and I'm still waiting for a reply. Hello, I just started installing a pack of Flight Simulator 2020 however i couldn't finish it because after finishing with DVD 10 in D program file and entering the activation code neither the launcher nor anything else appeared on the screen (I was logged in to my Microsoft account and the Microsoft store) Do you have any advice that will help me finalize the installation? So having not used MSFS for months, I decided it was time to look at it again. For some reason, it seemed to have vanished off the PC though and in short, I just decided to uninstall it, manually delete files and folders etc and go for a clean install from the disks to drive D, not the Windows drive. Hello, I have recently been given a version of msfs x deluxe edition and have so far been successful. I have stumbled across an issue thought, I have done the download and all that but I get a question. Activate msfs x to continue playing. I enter the product key and it comes up with “The activation server could not be reached” I’ve tried ringing customer support but to no avail. Please help me with this as I am keen to get flying.

While trying to check on updates for my aerosoft products, I could not access the Aerosoft one software. I uninstalled the program downloaded the newest version, it downloads something , and the the aerosoft logo appears and the spinning wheel and does nothing. The installation folders are in place, but when looking at the task manager there are sevral aerosoft entries but 0% execution. I have googled for a solution but to no avail. Good morning, I bought the premium deluxe version of flight simulator on September 18 order number 4146366151 I tried to install it on my PC but at DVD 9 it started to bug, I tried several times without success. I downloaded the contents of DVD 9 to my PC but it didn't change anything. Finally I had to enter my code several times, now it says it's a bad code. I have installed the latest drivers for MSFS but when I go to the FlightSimulator_8wekyb folder / Localcache / Packages / Community folder specified, its completely empty. I can go to the xbox games / Flight Sim / Community folder and run AFC_Bridge with MSFS running but nothing changes, no lights start working. Something doesn't appear to be installing correctly? I am choosing default locations. I am running windows 11 home
