Hello, With X-Plane 12 V12.4 Beta5 and higher, the SAM plugin is no longer supported and will not normally be loaded. Laminar Research (X-Plane developer) recommends installing openSAM instead. This can be found here: https://github.com/hotbso/openSAM Download it on the right under “Latest”.... Hello, if there are problems with SAM3 in X-Plane 12 (or XP11) and someone does not want to install SAM3, but uses sceneries that require SAM3: FlyAgi has created a fallback library for this. Please download and copy the unzipped fallback library into the custom scenery directory. Of course, without SAM3 the animated jetways and other SAM3 features will not work. A couple days ago I installed Aerosoft One because I needed the SAM base plugin for my sceneries and I saw that the libraries for the other plugins like World Jetways and Ground Services were already there and I decided to open up SAM Content Manager to install them too and it still asks me for an email and an activation key but since the plugin has been taken down from pretty much everywhere I was wondering if there is anything I can do to still get them to work or any store or site that is still selling the plugin for XP11. the SAM3 user window in plugins inside the sim will not show up. It shows up the content manager when I click it to open outside the sim to install addons but once inside the sim NOTHING. It's like the sim doesn't want it to open is there anyway I can revert to an older version or find away to work around it. im on xplane 12 steam version.

Hello Iv just bought Sam follow me for xplane 12 cos the store page says it IS compatible with xplane 12 i have installed it correctly and activated it with the content manager but it just will not show up in game for me in my plugins or anywhere can anyone give some assistance with this iv reinstalled it multiple times now all to no avail

I have a Toliss A320NEO and it is one of the aircraft I fly most, I recently purchased ground services and realized that it is not compatible with the aircraft, is there any solution for this? update?

I can't install it, I run the Content manager from my /SAM folder and I just get an error saying it can't find it somewhere on the C drive, X-Plane and SAM are on the F: drive.

I have just installed the SAM3 base plugin (in preparation for adding a freeware airport). The whole SAM folder was placed in Resources\plugins but then X-Plane crashes during startup - after the main menu (Resume Previous Flight; Start New Flight etc) has been displayed for a brief instant. I couldn't find any significant clues as to the failure in the Log file (attached) Log.txt

Since I installed the latest SAM version into x plane 12 and followed all instruction guidelines I notice, that X plane 12 does not shut down anymore. I have to force my mac to shut down the simulator. Apart from that SAM works well. Any idea what I could do to be able to shut down X plane 12 the "normal" way? Thank you very much for your support!

Hello everyone, Just installed xplane 12, all fresh and default, used to have xp11 maybe 2 years ago so im catching up with things now, also installed SAM jetways and ground vehicles, can anyone please help me out how to make them work? jetways will not move at all, tried multiple airports and same thing, also used control J and G and the jetway button is blanked so I cannot click on it, any help will be really appreciated, just trying to take advantage of the money invested.

Hello, I’m new to both X-Plane and SAM3. I’m trying to understand if there is a way to automate the opening of the "Follow Me" function upon landing without having to navigate to plugins>SAM>Arrival>Start Guidance. Is it possible to load a flight plan that includes the arrival “start guidance” command so that once you exit the runway the follow me truck will be waiting for you. A second question is, does anyone know of a way to assign a keyboard macro to allow the SAM menu to open on the instructor’s panel. Thanks so much for any help on either or both of these questions. Hey, I boung sam jetways plugin and when installed textures of the jetway are transparent, i use zibo, and the jetway is alligned correctly, here are some pictures. Anybody knows a fix?

Hello, I cannot access SAM3's content manager, whether I do it in XP11 or via the .exe. All I have is a blank screen with a reload arrow. Sometimes it's written "there are no available products, check your internet connection" (see screenshot). So i cannot have the follow me car that I've bought and worked well with SAM 2. I've already uninstalled-reinstalled it, with no changes. Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone. I've just installed the World Jetways DLC for X-Plane 11, but when I run the game and start a flight, it's not in the plugin section. The only button there is the plugin admin, and nothing is in there either. I can't find a manual or anything, so I'm wondering if anyone else has had the same issue as me.

Hello, I was perfectly using SAM until yesterday, I noticed that I couldn't see not use the ground services anymore (can't load the fuel, call the catering, etc) as you can see on the picture. What might be the issue?
