Any idea how to fix the issue in the screen shot without uninstalling and reinstalling? Also where should the 330 be installing itself to? Thanks Randy

Hello Recently I have this bug which is whenever I switch a program, the plane moves violently up and down... this happens for A320 family, havent tried A330 yet. I got v1.3.0.5 and P3Dv4.5 HF2 Any solution is appreciated

Chaps, Something I have noticed with the A320 & 21 in v 1.3.1.0, is that the top of climb is always over calculated. I have been consistently getting to my cruise level, 40nm before the TOC arrow, in both the 20 & 21. Numerous weights and routes, dont make a difference, I am always reaching top of climb 40nm before the arrow. Not a huge issue, just an observation.

Hello. When i switch to plan mode in the A330 and use the mcdu to go up and down the waypoints. It doesnt move on the mfd. It just stays at a random point on my flightplan. Same issue with the A319-A320. Regards Mike

I understand how to enter fixes in the MCDU flight plan page, but the radius limitation is really limiting for entering ETOPS fixes. The range is not nearly high enough to map ETOPS fixes using the build in fix system. I understand it's a real world limitation, so my question is how do real world pilots get around the limitation?

Hi, Looking for a little help. I d/l the new A330 update 1.0.1.0. I am running P3d 4.5 HF3, Activesky, etc... Love the plane a lot! On my last 2 recent flights at cruise alt & with autopilot flying the plane, I have noticed it speeds up to M0.89 (from M0.82), and climbs from cruise alt (FL370 and FL390 on my flights) to FL400 on its own.... I have to deactivate the autopilot and throttle back to slow down and enter into a manual descent to get back to original speed and alt. Anyone else had/or notice this issue? I have not experienced this on any of the previous updates. Thanks! Gary

I posted this in General Discussion, but apparently that wasn't the right place...hopefully this is! I searched around a bit and haven't found it, but does the A330 auto step climb in cruise? I didn't see anything in the configuration options or MCDU menu to indicate either way and haven't tested a long haul flight with her yet, but wanted to check for flight planning when I do!

Hi. I used to use ChasePlane but I'm having nothing but problems with it and P3Dv5. My requirements (without ChasePlane if possible): changing the view to a single internal view that can be moved with the Hat Switch (sitting in the captain seat) changing the view to outside views, probably 4 or 5 or them (I don''t mind separate cameras or cycling around the views) when looking (what I had in 1 and 7 Num keys) externally, just using the hat switch to look around the cockpit from the captains seat Can you let me know for that when we get the new Airbuses'. Hi, Can someone confirm that a fully Managed RNAV (GPS) approach can be flown in the A320 Professional? I tried one today at Frankfurt and the aircraft did not descend on the computed glideslope after reaching the FAF. Was attempting a full managed RNAV GPS approach at EDDF. Had entered 25L RNAV (GPS) Z approach in the MCDU coming off of the UNOKO 2S arrival. A/P and A/THR set to ON. DA was set to 673 ft on MCDU Approach page along with other Approach data. ND was set to 10nm range Approach p/b was armed but LS was kept off. ND was in Arc mode. FCU was programmed for Alt 4000ft for FAF at LEDKI …

Chaps, Since the latest update, all my sids and stars are erratic. Nav data is up to date, and i have no issues in other aircraft, its just your bus that isn't computing turns and what not correctly when flying SIDs or STARs. It happens at all airports that have sharp-ish turns. Your bus cant keep up with them and plots annoyingly large turns, some of which result in it not passing the waypoint, causing the aircraft to circle, unless I manually tell the aircraft to go direct to the next. Seen here are two different STARs into GCTS 07.

Hello: I attempted to use auto step climb but encountered several issues: -When the aircraft step-climbed, the altitude in the MCDU and on the MCP did NOT change. I started at FL360 with step FL400 (Red boxes). -Because the ALT did not change in the MCDU, the TOD was not correctly calculated and I flew past it - airplane thought I was still at FL360. See ND pic 1. -Even though engaged, the autothrottle stopped working and I was overspeed. Airplane would not slow to MCDU cruise speed. Good day, I have been flying the A33 for over a month now and have had all the related issues discussed in the forum and solved all early age problems. But today I got this error for the first time and I have been unable to find any reference to it anywhere. As you can see in the picture, on a flight EGLL-LEMD, the NAV displays went black. First the display froze and would not react to inputs on change of range... Then both displays went black. Glady appreciate if you could assist on this. Thanks!

I've noticed every time I fly into EGKK and select the runway and STAR given by SimBrief, the Bus always seems to make it weird and it never goes to plan. I was wondering how I can import the flightplan that I created in P3D into the MCDU of my A330? I have been looking around this forum for a while and when googling "import flightplan aerosoft A330" I mainly get stuff from Simbrief or tools like that, but I would like to just import the P3D FPN so I can set the autopilot to follow that IFR route.

Yesterday a total disaster and today a straightforward approach to EHAM runway 06 and will not establist on the LOC however the GS was coming in later but by then a near disaster. I have updated Navigraph recently and my aircraft is using the current software, I am flying with P3D v4 .5. I have selected LOC and Approach buttons. I have landed hundreds of times in the past only recently has the aircraft stopped captureing the ILS. Thank you

My MCDU will not show options for runway 14L/32R or 14R/32L at KORD. I have Navigraph 2004 AIRIC installed and verified loaded in the plane, Pro ATC X, and Active Sky. Verified in the data screen of the MCDU that the correct AIRAC is loaded. The runways most definitely exist at the airport, bu they cannot be selected for arrival or departure. For now, I've disabled the runways in Pro ATC X so it won't route me to them, but I'd really like to understand why they aren't showing up in the MCDU. I've tried in the A319 Professional and the A321 professional.

No need to take off. - No weather engine. Clear sky selected at P3D. Nav display compass or the heading indicator gets kind of stuck when turning, nevertheless the PFD works perfectly. on airbus a330 version 1.0.0.10.

Hi All, Not sure what I've done wrong, but since upgrading Aerosoft A318-A319 and A320-A321 Professional for Prepar3D v4.x to release 1.3.0.3 I have problems with the MCDU. Once the plan has been entered, initialised with weights and block fuel, and performance entered I cannot get all information to appear in the flight plan. When pressing F-PLN I'm sure I used to get times for each way point and forecast altitude. Since 1.3.0.3 I'm struggling to get that to appear at all. See attached image. I am new to airbus (flown a few thousand miles with different Boeings) and wanted to try out the best aircraft on the simmarket. So I did a couple of flights with a319 pro and experienced really annoying issue. While I was doing approach to LYBE (my home airport), the plane captured the LOC but when the LOC diamond passes the middle yellow line the plane stars turning at max bank angle to one side then it starts correcting itself and again when the LOC diamond passes the yellow line it starts turning again and can't correct itself. Sometimes it turns away from the airport and makes circles while going further and further away from the airport. Note that this only happens when landing at LYBE and I have the ORBX scenery for it. Also, when landing on other airports it does follow the LOC and G/S but …

Hi everybody. I recently bought this aircraft; I have always bought Airbus Aerosoft. Now, it's happening a really strange situation. I have two monitor. Sometimes, while I am in cruise, I watch some video on you tube with the second monitor. Well, when I do that, the aircraft start to jump up and down loosing altitudine as it was in a thunderstorm…. when I stop the video this abnormal situation disappears. Have you any ideas?
