    • Sorry for dumb question but that is with AS KDAB activated yes? As that's what I get when it is NOT activated and default there.   Thanks for your replies! Thanks yes I understand this but it was not even finding the correct ILS (ie showing the opposite rwy ILS) That was in PMDG 737 which of course can handle back courses. Will try again GA. Sorry for slow reply I didn't receive an email notification I just came here out of interest. Looking for that email notification option now.
    • Hallo Bastian,   bin auch gerade dabei mir das G1000 zu Gemüte zu führen. Zu deiner Frage kann ich folgenden Hinweis geben: Zum Einstellen der Steig-/Sinkrate muss der Knopf <VS> (verticalspeed) gedrückt werden. Es erscheint dann oben eine Anzeige: VS und die Steig-/Sinkrate als Zahl mit + oder - Vorzeichen. Mit den Tasten <Noseup> / <Nosedown> wird dann die Seig-/Sinkgeschwindigkeit eingestellt, in Feet Per Minute (FPM). Wenn du auf eine bestimmte Höhe steigen/sinken möchtest, musst du diese Höhe vorher einstellen. Eine gute Beschreibung des G1000 gibt es hier: www.xplane.com/Manuals/G1000_Manual.pdf  leider nur in englisch. Ein deutschsprachiges Tutorial gibt es auch auf YouTube.   Ich hoffe ich habe es verständlich genug beschrieben. Guten Erfolg.   Herzlichen Gruß, Peter
    • which version of the AFCAD file you are using?   main problem could be the several parking codes that are use for "Swiss" (SWR, CRX, ...) which are all used concurrently. one good idea could be to use different codes for inter-european and long-haul with the other one as "secondary" for the AI planes (eg CRX = longhaul, SWR = european) and coding Dock E with CRX and the rest with SWR. AFCADs and AI traffic is always a balance between realistic and practicable
