Repaints \ Liveries \ Livery Manager

Hi all Could someone help me with finding the A318 Paintkit please? I've downloaded the paintkit from my account on the aerosoft website but there's no A318 in there. Thankyou Jez

I have the A320/321 Professional and P3D V4.5 and since applying the V1310 update have not been able to reload my addon liveries. The problem is that the path that P3D recognises for the liveries that came with the plane is User/Documents/ Aerosoft/ A320321 Professional/SimObjects/ Airplanes while the path used by Livery Manager is Prepar3D v4\SimObjects\Airplanes\Aerosoft Airbus A320 CFM (for example). The path shown in the box near the top of the Livery Manager is C:Prepar3Dv4 and I cannot find any way to change it. Which is the correct path and how can I fix it so the two applications use the same one? Any advice is appreciated.

Hallo, I installed the new A330 professional version 1.0.1.0 and I got also the new Livery installer programm with an icon on my desktop. The program is placed into a seperate LiveryInstaller folder in my documents folder. When I use this new Livery Installer all my liveries are preserved. But when I try to install a new one - these are .zip-files in your liveries download section - I always got the message "no product and aircraft model could be found for use with this livery". This happens with all these files even with the newest ones. Why is it not possible to install new liveries because the livery installer has a bug or all the livery-zip files are outdat…

How to change the file to make it work. all the liveries are copy to simobject and also change the aircraft.cfg. But when I open the P3Dv4. It fail to load up the aircraft. But the default livery aircraft are working fine! Airbus A320 Capital Airlines Paul Frank.zip

I'm looking to repaint our (fictional) VA's Airbus fleet however I don't see a paintkit option for the A319/20 CFM variants with Sharklets, only the A321 CFM. As the 321 has a different wing size to the 319/320, this, as far as I'm aware, can't be used and copied to the A319/20. In the A320_IAE_JETBLUE_N828JB folder, I see a separate AS_A320_WANNE_C.psd file which has the actual sharklets in for painting - however as this appears to also have other parts that would be duplicates of sections in other files, would I be right in saying this simply can't be copied over either? I have just installed the updated version of Aerosoft A320/321 Professional to p3d v 4.5. When I run the livery installer I get an error. ( See attachment.) P3D shows that the aircraft are installed but even they do not show on the livery screen. This never happened with the previous version of the aircraft.

Goodday, As per topictitle, after updating my A318/319 to the latest version I see a Livery manager and a Aerosoft livery button. I have tried both to install my (old) liveries into the newest version but with opening the Livery Manager I get a message that the shortcut couldn't be found and in the Aerosoft livery I get a failure message that it is not possible to install liveries. (after selecting the install button I choose a livery from my backup list) Hope that someone can give a tip how to solve this. Thanks and have a nice evening

Hi, I was wondering how I can edit an already existing livery. As I downloaded a Thomas Cook A321 livery and I was hoping i could just erase the "Thomas Cook" text and change the reg to make a Sunclass Airlines livery (True to life as no SunClass A321s jave the "Sunclass" text) and a second, fictional, saying "SunClass". However, when I opened the .dds image in GIMP and paint.net (latter is prefered as I find it easier to do stuff) it looked like this: (see Image) And note that I have the DDS & PSD plugins for paint.net

I recently purchased the Airbus Pro 320/321 and am unable to get the livery manager to work. I drag and drop the Airbus Pro liveries and although there won't be a thumbnail of the installed aircaft it is listed in the liveries on the left hand side. Once I open up the simulator it doesn't show up. Any ideas on this? I have recently downloaded the update to 1.0.3.5. Thanks!

Juste have an issue with new liveries installed into my new A330. I have download livery of Qatar Airways and Condor install them ,update aircraft.cfg . New aircraft show up in P3D but whole fuselage and winngs are black. What went wrong?

Hello, with the first releases of Airbus Pro (318-19-20-21) I had been able to have some former liveries (from the download section) working in Pro as well (in this case, Iberia, Alitalia) after 1.3, willing to reinstall those liveries, those are not working anymore, having followed the same instructions given at the time of 1.0 (I get a black, inside and outside, aircraft) so, before wasting time trying and trying, I'd like to ask please whether those old liveries cannot be installed anymore, or if I have to keep on searching for what I am missing thanks

Hi, The livery manager doesn't work anymore. I've installed repaints few weeks ago and it worked. But for an unknown reason, i'm unable to install new repaints. I run it as administrator. Also i can't see the airbus 320/321 folders in the P3D object (airplanes) folders. Any idea? Thank you Real

Hi, I don't know if someone has realized that, when you uninstall some liveries from the liveries manager, especially when you uninstall the ones above the list, P3D shows no aircraft of the type. The reason is because sections in aircraft.cfg are numbered again starting from 1, and not from 0. P3D seems to behave badly when first section is number 1. If fact, if you manually renumber all sections, starting from 0, everything goes to normal again. I suppose it affects to all liveries manager versions. By the way, can developers do something to avoid reinstalling all my liveries with every reinstall of the product? The reason for both questions is …

Just installed the latest versions of the A31X, A32X and A330, and the livery installer downloaded from this forum. I have some TAP Air Portugal liveries for each of the the 3 Buses and tried installing them without sucess: Dragging and dropping the zip files didn't work for any of them: "No product and aircraft model could be found for use with this livery" Opening the file by browsing inside the livery installer did the same result.
